Job Summary -
You will utilize strong communication skills to proactively contact new and existing domestic and international partners through a variety of sales channels. You must possess the skills to build customer confidence in their ability to successfully solve customer's business needs with the right products and services in a prompt and professional manner. Understand the sales process and buying a cycle, understand our service in depth and communicate the same to the potential clients. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve the determining target to Revenue, profitability and conversions.

- Attending exhibitions and conferences and sell / promote out offerings

- Account management activities (Account mining, collections, recovery)
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Able to quickly lay out strategies as per changing business
Essentials Skills -
- Excellent written and Spoken English - Articulate, confident communicator and presenter
- At least 1 to 2 Years of recent experience from IT Services sales across different technologies and industries.
- Ability to mine existing accounts
- Sharp attention towards mapping of our product / services to customer needs
- Should have a strong understanding of sales process like RFP, Tender processing etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority

Preparing Business Case for new projects in alignment with BU Head and Business
Solutioning Team.
Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects

Review use cases and other technical documents to ensure business requirements are
adequately reflected in planning documents.
Develop MIS aligned to critical performance metrics identified.
Oversee the AOP exercise of the Region/ BU and monitor actual vs. AOP
Works closely within the unit and with business partners to identify and maximize
opportunities and to improve products and services.
Assist Regional Head in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or
programs to support the region’s goals.
Experience & attributes
5-7 years’ experience in business analysis and project management with multinational
corporations or Big 4 accounting firms. Experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive
and Corporate Intelligence preferred.
Prior experience in telecom sector most preferred.
Strong Financial modelling skills with ability to analyse and assess the financial viability
of long-term projects using financial metrics.
Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to develop and analysis business
plans.
Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, practices, process and
techniques including the ability to gather clear business requirements.
Proven experience working with MS Office suite and developing and maintaining various
analyses and reporting tools.

As a Product Manager, you will join the Consumer product team and lead the implementation of global products in our journey towards making remittances accessible and affordable for all.
In this role, you’ll work with cross functional teams to build product strategy and roadmap to grow our consumer business vertical.
What you will do:
- Solving issues through consumer web/ apps platform & improving the overall experience of for the consumers.
- Coordinating such that product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams.
- Working with a group of experienced Product Managers with a track record of successfully building large-scale business and consumer products that are collectively impacting millions of users around the world
- Being responsible for new product ideation, product development cycle and launch.

- Understanding the blend between Interaction, UX and usability
- Being responsible for incorporating feedback from consumers, data inputs, market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and designing features/ functionalities to keep always miles ahead of competition
- Gathering post-launch client feedback, measuring performance and quickly capturing learnings to adapt the product.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 5 years full-time work experience in high-scale consumer facing products
- Prior experience in understanding and solutioning with APIs
- Proven track record leading with complex strategic initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/ policy and business issues. Prior experience in handling client-side projects would be a plus.
- Should be comfortable with data, analytics and decision making based on data. Should be comfortable with using data analytics tools.
- MBA and Engineering background in Computer Science are preferred
