Job Description: We are looking for an amazing, data-driven Product Marketing Head to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of Setting up a team of 10; you’ll have ownership over the marketing plan and work closely with the senior management team. Using ‘online’ channels to nurture new clients through the sales pipeline, you’ll be able to implement successful lead generation programs supported by some classic brand building activities to drive ‘sign ups’. Your role will involve: • Strategic Marketing; create a robust marketing plan, working closely with key stakeholders to get buy-in and help implement it • GTM Planning; segment the market and develop a plan to acquire new clients using innovative online channels • Online Marketing; work with specialist agencies across display advertising, SEO, PPC, affiliates and social media • Direct Marketing; develop & execute an e-CRM content strategy to nurture leads into the sales funnel • Brand Marketing; plan and execute relevant events, complimented by a webinar series • Analysis; tight measurement of the ROI & pipeline analysis • Budget Management • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. • Grow our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists. • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends. • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers. • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends. • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email. Skills & experience must have: • An up & coming marketer, ideally from the technology sector, you’ll have demonstrable experience of operating in a start-up environment. With the ability, commercial acumen and gravitas to manage a big team, you’ll have a strong ‘online’ focused marketing background with an obsession on ROI. • MBA or PGDBM degree or equivalent work experience. • Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, SAAS Marketing and/or product management, classic B2B marketing experience from a new technology sector. SaaS experience would be an advantage • A heavy emphasis on using online channels to drive ‘sign ups’ and awareness, with strong nurturing experience and an obsession for ROI • Strategic and commercial ability to own the marketing plan with a hands on approach • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. • Entrepreneurial, hungry, flexible, comfortable in a fast growing business • Fluency in English – both verbally & in writing

Sokrati is looking for star product marketers to support its sales & marketing team. The product marketing manager will be responsible for a comprehensive understanding of Sokrati’s offering & products, understand the target persona & their preferences, own the communication strategy, and provide Sokrati’s growing sales team with the content and sales tools they need to close deals. Responsibilities: - Creating presentations & other sales collateral for sales reps to use with prospects. - Writing blog posts for sales reps to use in the sales process. - Tracking competition and providing sales reps with tools to use in competitive deals. - Working with web developers to create interactive sales tools on Sokrati.com. - Supporting sales reps on demos for strategic, competitive or complex deals. - Collecting and analyzing data to track the effectiveness of content. - Experimenting with new, better, more scalable ways to do all of the above. - Writing and working with videographers to create customer stories on Sokrati.com.
