The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with a passion for the biopharma sector. This role will focus on promoting JoVE’s unique solutions to biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences, and will excel in creating content and executing lead-generation marketing campaigns that resonate with biopharma audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to biopharma companies
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads to drive lead generation and audience engagement
• Create completing content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Engage with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships to expand JoVE’s presence in the biopharma market
• Organize and deliver webinars and events at conferences
• Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize strategies. Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector
• Strong understanding of the biopharma industry, including R&D processes and market trends
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot)
• Experience with Salesforce and B2B prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Position: BMC Helix Consultant (ITSM, DWP & Discovery)

Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix Consultant with strong expertise in Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace (DWP), Discovery, CMDB, and platform integrations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex platform issues, implementing integrations, optimizing service catalog workflows, and supporting enterprise ITSM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support BMC Helix ITSM solutions.

• Build and optimize Digital Workplace (DWP) service catalog items and workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, integrations, CMDB, and Discovery.

• Design and support integrations using REST APIs and web services.

• Work with CMDB normalization and reconciliation processes.

• Support Discovery integrations and ensure accurate CI data synchronization.

• Develop automated approval workflows and service fulfillment processes.

• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, testing, and production readiness activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Required Skills:

Build financialsustainability

a. Building and sourcing work-streams such as corporate, foundation, multi-

laterals, Alumni, government etc. Good to be Subject matter Expert in

work-streams such as multi-laterals / foundations.

b. Design and execute deep engagement strategy with key relationships to

3. Fundraising:

a. Help partners identify influential campaign creators or to create campaigns

themselves

b. Work closely with the digital marketing and content team to make sure

each fundraising campaign is a big success!

c. Feedback Reports: Ensuring that all donors are sent feedback reports on

timely basis and that partners provide high quality feedback reports

Campaigns: Develop pipeline of campaignsthat have large scale impact and

work with partners to execute those.
