The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with a passion for the biopharma sector. This role will focus on promoting JoVE’s unique solutions to biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences, and will excel in creating content and executing lead-generation marketing campaigns that resonate with biopharma audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to biopharma companies
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads to drive lead generation and audience engagement
- Create completing content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Engage with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships to expand JoVE’s presence in the biopharma market
- Organize and deliver webinars and events at conferences
- Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize strategies. Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector

Job description for Production Engineer
Production Engineer manages shifts, production supervisors and all operators &
ensures smooth running of the production process, organising & monitoring work-
flow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;
accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress;
revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift
production summaries;
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a
safe, efficient manner;
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing solutions;
Ensures that all products are produced as per Customer's specifications;
Ensures targets and deadlines are met as per Work Orders;
Attending to minor breakdowns of machines;
To maintain all Company machines/equipment so as to obtain optimal
performance; evaluate new equipment and techniques;
Ensures all operators & contract staffs comply with health & safety
procedures;
Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting employees;

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data architectures leveraging Snowflake, Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data models.
