Role Overview

Our engineers work in small product-focused teams across a variety of projects under the three primary verticals - Operations, Production, and Analytics, every vertical bringing its own set of technical challenges. We usually hire for all three teams, and then decide where individual people will work the best. We also give people the opportunity to move across teams, to make sure they get to work on different problems and learn new skills.


The operations team builds products related to customer workflows enabling them to smoothly handle everyday functions like building a project management platform, handling operations on insane amount of assets, automating workflows using AI, and ensuring brand compliance. Production teams are responsible for building our powerful “Figma-like” design editor where users generate creatives and videos on the scale of 4K and ensure pixel-perfection in exported creatives. The Analytics team focuses on creating robust ETL pipelines for data from multiple sources and builds intuitive tools to visualize and derive insightful interpretations, transforming data into actionable intelligence.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the Design and PM team to prioritize and deliver complex but predictable user experiences.
  • Owning feature engineering from end-to-end, and taking part in defining key decisions and identifying constraints.
  • Engineer robust frontend architecture and data/state management for scale, reliability, and security.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on business-critical products and lead front-end heavy projects.
  • Identify and advocate for better software engineering practices, especially that bring better user experience for end-users.


Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience working on large-scale TypeScript/JavaScript projects, primarily on frontend.

About the Backend Engineer role
