We're looking for a strategic, highly quantitative, hands-on B2B marketer to lead our marketing efforts. This role will be the first in-house marketing hire, accountable for overall marketing strategy, product positioning, creating and implementing high-performing lead generation campaigns that will consistently raise awareness and produce high quality leads for the sales team to ultimately drive customer and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the management team, and others as needed, to develop and create content for all digital channels including company websites, blogs, online communication, email, news articles, and other digital channels. Responsibilities: + Define marketing strategy, overall responsible for marketing budget and setting clear and measurable KPIs + Lead marketing communication execution including product positioning, foundational messaging for Sales, Customer Success and Product + Understand the market and competitive landscape, work with Sales to develop winning sales tools, including presentations, demos, datasheets, case studies, etc + Evaluate and experiment on different channels to find the most cost-effective and scalable ways for high-quality lead generation + Develop, build, and optimize email automation and nurture programs to move prospects through to conversion + Create, monitor and improve performance across each marketing channel to help maximize KPIs + Be able to create content with various tones. + Manage the launch cycle of new features and create the collateral and marketing assets needed to drive demand and enable sales teams. + Develop product naming, messaging, positioning, and marketing creative that connects with our customers and differentiates our offerings in the market. + Dive into the product. Familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of it. Requirements: + Experience working at a startup. + Data-driven mindset and eagerness to run innovative marketing campaigns + Experience in a fast-paced, lead generation focused B2B technology focused organization. Brownie points if it is a SaaS Company. + Experience in online marketing tools & techniques (e.g. content marketing, SEO) and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush) + An excellent program and project manager with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. + Enthusiastic about developing & executing Finly’s marketing & sales strategies.
