As our Social Media Creator, you’ll own how we show up online — from Instagram Reels to behind-the-scenes content that brings Clink’s vibe to life. You’ll be the face, the voice, and the creative engine behind our social presence.
This is for someone who lives and breathes content, thrives in startup energy, and wants their work to actually move the needle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute our content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Own the full content cycle: ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing
- Make everything from Reels and stories to user-generated content and viral posts
- Stay on top of trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments — and use them to keep Clink relevant
- Collaborate with the team on ideas that feel bold, fresh, and very Clink
- Grow the Clink brand with authentic, fun, and engaging content
- Track content performance (views, shares, comments) and improve based on what hits
✅ What Are We Looking For?
- You’ve built content for brands or companies (not just personal accounts or agencies)
- You’re confident on-camera and can shoot/edit your own content
- Your portfolio has Reels, stories, graphics, scripts — and it all looks 🔥
- You’re fast with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
- You understand algorithms, audience behavior, and what makes people click
- You write captions and scripts that hook fast and feel fun, human, and bold
- You love experimenting with new formats and pushing creative boundaries

- Experience with camera setups, lighting, and sound
- Skills in motion graphics, animations, or design
- Experience growing social channels (brand or personal) from the ground up
- A background in influencer marketing or storytelling strategy

- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Provide strategic pre sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
- Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, product, technology and finance teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions per to customer needs
- Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking industry activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.
