Key Responsibilities:
● Develop digital marketing strategies for online channels (social media, email, website, search engines). ● Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. ● Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics(GA4), SEMrush, Search Console etc.) to adjust campaigns and improve results. ● SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization techniques to increase organic search visibility and rankings. ● PPC Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI. ● Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with followers, and analyze engagement metrics. ● Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns that promote products/services, maintain customer relationships, and drive conversions. ● Collaborate with teams like design, sales, and product development to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify, approach, and onboard at least 3 new clients monthly to meet company goals
2. Generate B2B leads using social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), outbound calls, and other networking channels
3. Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
4. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client requirements
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
7. Monitor and report sales performance metrics and market trends to management
Requirements:
1. Possess experience in the recruitment industry or familiarity with recruitment processes and services
2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of B2B lead generation techniques, particularly through social media and outbound calling
3. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Showcase a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Maintain a self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
6. Proficient in using CRM tools, social media platforms, and other lead-generation tools
7. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
8. Have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the recruitment or staffing industry
