Role & Responsibilities

Own the user experience for Dentsu's AI-powered agentic tools and client-facing data products. This is a senior design role responsible for making complex multi-agent systems, Genie spaces, and automated workflows feel simple and intuitive for media teams and clients who are not technical. You will work at the intersection of AI capability and human usability, designing the interfaces that turn powerful backend intelligence into tools people actually want to use.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead end-to-end design for agentic AI products: from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs
  • Design intuitive interfaces for multi-agent systems that serve media planners, analysts, and clients with varying levels of technical sophistication
  • Create UX flows for Genie spaces, conversational data exploration, and automated reporting dashboards that surface insights without requiring SQL or code
  • Develop and maintain a design system for the Decisioning practice's AI product suite, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all tools
  • Conduct user research with internal media teams and client stakeholders to identify pain points, map workflows, and validate design decisions
  • Design transparency and trust patterns for AI-driven experiences: how users understand what the system did, why, and how to correct it
  • Prototype and test interaction models for agent-to-human handoff, error recovery, and multi-step automated workflows
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure designs are technically feasible and ship at high fidelity
  • Design onboarding flows and training materials that accelerate adoption of new AI tools across agencies
  • Create client-facing presentation materials, demos, and visual assets that communicate tool capabilities and business value

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Agentic AI & Data Product Designer Profile
  • Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of total experience in design, with 5+ years in Product Design for data-heavy or complex digital products — enterprise dashboards, analytics tools, workflow platforms, or similar complex environments — with shipped work at scale.
  • Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 6 months+ experience designing for AI/ML-powered products like gen ai features, agentic ai related features, AI automation tools etc
  • Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have demonstrated expertise in complex workflow design, data visualization, and enterprise UX at scale — designing interfaces that surface insights and enable non-technical users to navigate powerful backend systems
  • Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have strong understanding of design systems and component-based design methodology, with experience building, contributing to, or maintaining systems that ensure visual and interaction consistency across a product suite
  • Mandatory (Skill 3 ): Must have the ability to design transparency and trust patterns for AI-driven experiences — including how users understand what the system did, why, and how to correct it; plus interaction models for agent-to-human handoff, error recovery, and multi-step automated workflows
  • Mandatory (Tools): Must have deep proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping
  • Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt & Communication): Must have excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, data visualization work, and ideally AI/agentic or conversational interface projects.
  • Preferred (AI Interaction Design): Experience specifically designing chatbot, copilot, or agent-based interaction patterns
  • Preferred (Industry): Experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology industries

We are building a platform that must:

  • Scale from 500K → 20M+ interactions/month
  • Handle complex insurance workflows reliably
  • Become easier to deploy as it grows, not harder

This role exists to build the backend foundation that makes this possible.

What you’ll do

  • Easy to configure
  • Easy to launch
  • Reduce friction for:
  • Product teams
  • Deployment teams

5. Create a compounding data advantage

  • Build a data layer that:
  • Improves with every deployment
  • Captures structured signals
  • Ensure data becomes a long-term edge, not just storage

6. Own production reliability

  • Participate in on-call rotation across 3 engineers
  • Ensure:
  • Incidents are handled quickly
  • Root causes are fixed permanently
  • Build systems where reliability is shared, not individual

What success looks like

  • Platform scales to 2M+ interactions/month smoothly
  • Workflow engine supports complex, dynamic use cases
  • Data layer enables fast deployment across accounts
  • Edge cases are handled without constant firefighting
  • System becomes easier to use as it grows
  • Production issues are rare and predictable

Who you are

  • You have 2-5 years of backend engineering experience
  • You have built:
  • Scalable systems

Backend Developer

📍 Noida | 🕐 Full-Time | 🧭 Experience: 2–3 Years

The Mission

We aren't building traditional backend systems — we're powering the infrastructure behind Agentic Intelligence. TestMu AI is building the world's first AI-native platform where backend systems don't just serve requests, they enable autonomous decision-making, execution, and scale.

The name "TestMu" comes from our community conference. Our users and team aren't an audience — they're the heartbeat of what we build. We believe AI augments human potential. It doesn't replace it.

You'll be building the core backend systems that power AI-driven workflows — ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability at every layer.

CometChat Overview

CometChat is a full-stack conversational platform built to unify every layer of interaction - bringing together real-time conversations (chat, messaging, voice, and video), AI Agents, moderation, notifications, and analytics in one modular, developer-first solution.

We were also recognized on Forbes' 2026 America's Top 500 Startup Employers List - a reflection of the team and culture we've been deliberate about building.

We believe the interface of the future is conversation - not clicks. Every app will soon have an AI layer that's as native as text messaging today. That's why we're building the infrastructure for the world's AI-powered conversations - from human-to-human, to human-to-agent, to multi-party collaboration with AI in the mix.

From AI onboarding assistants that get users productive in minutes, to copilots that perform complex workflows in-app, to intelligent moderators that protect and guide communities in real time - our AI Agent platform makes it all possible.

With CometChat's ready-to-use UI kits, powerful SDKs, and our Full Stack AI Agent Platform, product teams across startups and enterprises can launch safe, scalable, and smart in-app interactions faster than ever.

Why Join Us Now

We're at the tipping point where AI becomes a native part of every conversation. At CometChat, you'll help shape a future where users can talk to their apps as naturally as to a friend - where agents think, reason, act, and collaborate with humans in real time.

You won't just be joining a product team - you'll be building the standard for AI interaction layers: agent-aware UI, intelligent guardrails, rich actions libraries, and multi-party collaboration between people and AI.

If you want to help define how the next billion users will communicate - and push the boundaries of what's possible in real-time, AI-powered engagement - we'd love to work with you.

What we mean by AI-native

AI-native here means you build with agents by default. We expect 100% of the code to be generated via agentic tools (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar), while you own everything that actually matters: problem framing, architecture, tradeoffs, review quality, tests, performance, and security. This is not "vibe coding." The code is generated. The thinking is yours. You should be great at steering agents, validating output, catching subtle issues early, and debugging code you did not manually write.

Why AI-native

Software development is changing permanently, and we are leaning all the way in. You will work in a team that ships fast with agents, where your leverage comes from judgment and systems thinking rather than typing speed. You will get access to whatever AI tools you need (Cursor, Claude Code, or anything else that makes you effective), and the freedom to use them aggressively. If you want to operate at the edge of how modern engineering gets done and level up your output, this role is built for that.

Join us to build where AI meets human connection.

Position Overview & Priorities

We are looking for versatile and experienced technical additions to our development team. The position offers an extensive amount of ownership and influence over our development process as we scale the team. We’re looking for people who enjoy solving meaningful problems and love seeing the things they build in the hands of real users.

Primary responsibility would be:

  • Designing and building applications/SDK for the iOS platform
  • Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Collaborating with a team to define, design, and ship new features
  • Defining correct architecture and following the right design principles.
  • Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Work Location

Chembur, Mumbai

Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in iOS app development
  • Leverage AI-native development workflows, including agentic IDEs and coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering standards.
  • Proficiency with Objective-C and Swift.
  • Experience in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
  • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
  • Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
  • Familiarity with continuous integration

We have a product. It works. Real users, real usage.

It's also messy in places, evolving fast, and full of decisions that made sense six months ago but now need to scale.

We're building a Compliance Automation platform and need a Senior Full Stack Developer who wants to own a piece of it — not just work on tickets.

Stack: Node.js, Express, Next.js, Postgresql, OAuth (ElectronJS and Infrastructure knowledge is a bonus)

What this actually looks like:

  • you'll pick up modules that work but aren't clean.
  • You figure out what's wrong, fix it properly, and extend it without leaving a trap for the next person.
  • We're not going to spec everything out for you. Develop, test and deploy even with minimal requirements. That's the point.

You'll fit in if:

  • You have 2+ years of previous development experience. (Preferably in a Product-Based SaaS and the tech stack mentioned above.)
  • Messy codebases don't scare you, they annoy you just enough to fix them
  • You make decisions and move, instead of waiting for alignment
  • You've shipped in fast-moving environments and have the scars to prove it
  • You care about code that lasts, not just code that ships

Probably not for you if:

  • You need a lot of direction to get started
  • You think good engineering means complex engineering
  • "Senior" to you means less coding, more opinions

We care about outcomes. Did your part hold up? That's the question.

Budget: 5-12LPA open for the right fit.

About Cutshort:

Cutshort is India’s largest specialised tech hiring platform. Everyday 3000 new engineers sign up on the platform. Over the last 10 years, 4M+ candidates and 1 lakh recruiters from 40,000+ companies have used Cutshort.

Cutshort helps both companies and candidates focus on what actually matters, getting to the priority list faster.

  • For companies: We help build a priority list of relevant candidates who can directly move to interview rounds.
  • For candidates: We help them get into the priority list of companies so they can land roles faster.

We do this by combining rich candidate data, smart software & sound human judgment. Using AI, we bring all of this together to create a hiring experience that is faster, better, and more cost-effective.

What we offer

  • AI hiring platform (subscription model)
  • Assisted hiring services (like a recruitment consultant)

Companies such as Fractal, Sprinto, Shiprocket, HighLevel, ThoughtWorks, DeepIntent have built strong engineering teams using Cutshort.

The role

This is an Account Executive track role. You will start by building your own pipeline through outbound efforts (primarily calling), and progressively take ownership of the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closing.

What you’ll do

1. Build pipeline (starting phase)

  • Reach out to companies in our ICP via calls, LinkedIn and email
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers
  • Clearly explain Cutshort’s offerings and generate interest
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

2. Own and close deals (as you ramp up)

  • Run discovery calls and product demos
  • Maintain high deal speed — keep moving deals towards closure faster and avoid unnecessary delays
  • Handle objections and drive decision-making
  • Stay consistent with follow-ups — qualified leads should not go cold
  • Pick up high-intent inbound opportunities (pricing page visits, trial completions, etc.) and drive them to closure

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / early AE roles
  • Strong intent to become a closing Account Executive
  • Ability to think, not just follow scripts
  • High ownership. You’re accountable for outcomes, not just activity
  • Discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management
  • Comfort with outbound (especially calling)

And most importantly:

  • You enjoy sales
  • You are motivated by revenue, incentives, and winning deals
  • You don’t take rejection personally

Who should NOT apply

  • Unsure about a career in sales
  • Avoids targets, rejection, or outbound effort
  • Needs heavy structure and constant direction
  • Looking for comfort over growth

Growth path

  • Start with building your own pipeline
  • Earn the right to run demos and close deals
  • Move into a full-cycle Account Executive role based on performance

(No fixed timeline — progression is performance-driven)

How to get an interview invite

Resumes don’t get interview calls. One pitch does.

Welcome to The Hustle — an AI-powered role-play where you pitch and try to get a meeting from an AI decision maker. If you succeed, your pitch gets reviewed and you may get an interview. If not, practice and come back.

How to participate:

  • After applying to this role, attempt the AI role-play pitch. You'll get the link to the challenge once you make an application.
  • Use the same email ID everywhere

The Company

Mira Network is a decentralized AI verification protocol backed by $9M in funding. We're building infrastructure that makes AI outputs trustworthy and verifiable at scale — think of us as the trust layer for the AI economy.

Inside Mira, we're now building applications on top of this infrastructure. The first is Nola — an AI-first stablecoin neobank.

Nola isn't a banking app with a chatbot bolted on. It's an AI product with a bank attached. The AI agent is the primary interface — it manages your money, moves funds, earns yield on your idle balance, buys eSIMs, sets spending limits, and handles your financial life through conversation. You get a Visa card, a smart savings account, and cross-border payments — all orchestrated by an AI that actually does things for you, not one that just answers questions.

We're building for a global user — not India-first. Our ICP is the digitally native, globally mobile person who earns, spends, and saves across borders. The product is English-first, and the design language, UX patterns, and brand identity need to feel native to a global audience

The Role

You'll be the first and only designer at Nola. This is a zero-to-one role where you own everything visual — product, brand, marketing, and everything in between.

We currently work with a design agency for specific deliverables, but we need someone in-house who lives and breathes the product every day, ships fast, and holds an extremely high bar for craft and taste.

What you'll own:

  • Product Design — End-to-end UX for an AI-native financial product. Onboarding flows, chat interfaces, card management, vault screens, transaction views, settings, error states, empty states. You'll work directly with engineering to ship pixels, not just hand off Figma files.
  • Brand & Identity — Evolving and maintaining Nola's brand system. Logo, iconography, color, type, illustration style, tone of visual communication. The brand needs to feel warm, confident, and unmistakably premium — globally, not just locally.
  • Marketing & Growth Design — Landing pages, social assets, launch videos, waitlist pages, pitch decks, investor materials. If it has pixels, it's yours.
  • Design Systems — Building and maintaining a component library that scales. You'll establish the foundations that the product grows on.
  • AI-Native UX — This is where it gets interesting. Nola's primary interface is a conversational AI agent. You'll be designing chat widgets, agentic workflows, confirmation patterns, and entirely new interaction paradigms that don't have established playbooks yet. If you've been thinking about what AI-native UI looks like beyond a chat bubble, this is your playground.

Who You Are

  • Zero-to-one experience is non-negotiable. You've been the first or sole designer at a startup and shipped real products from blank canvas to live users. No hiding behind processes.
  • You've designed for consumers, not dashboards. Your portfolio has B2C products, apps real people choose to open daily, not enterprise tools they're forced to use. Delight and brand perception matter as much as usability.
  • You're multi-disciplinary. Product, brand, marketing, motion — you context-switch without losing quality. You don't need a team of specialists behind you.
  • Your taste is global, not local. You reference Revolut, Cash App, Wise, Mercury, Arc, Linear — and can articulate why they work. Your portfolio competes internationally, not just within the Indian startup ecosystem.
  • You're AI-native. Cursor, Midjourney, Figma AI, Claude — these are core to your workflow, not novelties. You ship at a pace that would be impossible without them, and you know when AI output needs a human hand.
  • Your craft bar is extremely high. You obsess over spacing, type hierarchy, and micro-interactions. The gap between "good enough" and "exceptional" is where you live.
  • You ship. Weekly sprints. 90% right and iterate. You know when to cut corners and when to go all out.

Qualifications

Must-haves

  • 3–5 years of design experience, with meaningful time at early-stage startups or as a solo/first designer
  • Demonstrated experience designing consumer-facing products (B2C apps, fintech, social, marketplace, or similar — not primarily B2B/SaaS/enterprise)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, brand work, and marketing design — ideally all three
  • Expert in Figma — prototyping, design systems, and auto-layout at scale
  • AI-native workflow — you actively use tools like Cursor, Midjourney, Figma AI, Claude, etc. as core parts of how you design and ship, not as experiments

Good-to-haves

  • Familiarity with frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS, React basics) — you don't need to code, but being able to inspect, communicate constraints, and occasionally vibe-code a prototype is a plus
  • Experience designing for mobile-first products (iOS specifically)
  • Exposure to fintech, crypto, or AI products
  • Strong written and verbal English communication

Why Nola

  • Backed by real funding and infrastructure. Mira Network has raised $9M and has a live, functioning protocol. This isn't a two-person garage operation — it's a well-funded bet with real technical infrastructure underneath.
  • Global product, global ambition. You're designing for the world, not a single market. The problems are harder, the design space is wider, and the impact is bigger.
  • Small team, massive ownership. There's no design committee. No layers of approval. You'll present directly to the product lead and ship within the week. Your work will be the thing users see, touch, and judge the product by.
  • Competitive compensation. We offer a competitive salary benchmarked to senior IC roles at well-funded Indian startups.
  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere. We're a distributed team across India and we communicate asynchronously. We care about output, not office hours.

Reports to: Product Design Manager

About AssetPlus

AssetPlus is redefining the future of wealth management. We're a fast-scaling SaaS fintech platform powering mutual fund distributors MFDs and fin ncial advisors with cutting edge tools to transform how investments are managed. Our mission is to build India's best assisted wealth management platform, empowering advisors to help millions of households achieve their financial goals.

The Role

This is a high-ownership position for a designer who can operate independently

while staying closely aligned with product. You'll design across web and mobile

for the full spectrum of our users: the MFDs who run their businesses on our

platform, the end investors they serve, and internal operations teams.

We're not a greenfield product. AssetPlus has real scale, real users, and real

complexity, including legacy screens that need thoughtful redesign. You'll inherit a

partial design system and be expected to evolve it. You'll conduct your own user

research. You'll work with significant autonomy, with a sync reviews rather than

constant check-ins.

If you need detailed specs handed to you or find messy problems frustrating

rather than interesting, this isn't the right fit. If you have high agency, care deeply

about craft, and can ship without sacrificing quality, keep reading.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design

  • Own design from research through implementation for your product areas:
  • discovery, ideation, prototyping, specs, and QA.Senior Product Designer1
  • Design for complexity: transaction flows, data-heavy dashboards, multi-step
  • workflows, and tools MFDs use daily to manage crores in AUM.
  • Work across platforms - web and mobile; with an eye for platform-appropriate
  • patterns.

Design System Stewardship

  • Contribute to and expand our existing design system, improving consistency
  • and velocity across the product.
  • Identify patterns worth systematizing; build components that scale.

Research & User Understanding

  • Conduct your own user research when needed. We don't have a dedicated
  • research team.
  • Develop a working understanding of the MFD ecosystem, regulatory context,
  • and how our users think about their work.

Collaboration & Craft

  • Partner closely with your PM to shape what gets built, not just how it looks.
  • Prototype interactions to communicate intent clearly. Static mocks aren't
  • enough.
  • Maintain high craft standards while shipping at the pace the business requires.

What Makes You a Fit

Proven Product Design Experience

Around 4 - 6 years designing digital products, though we care more about the work

than the number. You've shipped real products, navigated constraints, and learned

from what didn't work.

High Agency & Ownership

You figure things out. You ask the right questions, move work forward without

waiting for detailed specs, and take responsibility for outcomes. Not just outputs.

Comfort with Complexity

B2B products, dense information, multiple user types. You don't need fintech experience specifically, but you shouldn't be intimidated by domain lea ning curves or regulatory nuance.

Craft + Speed

You care about the details but know when to ship. Neither pixel-perfect-but-slow nor fast-but-sloppy works here. You find the balance.

Tool Fluency

Strong Figma skills and the ability to prototype interactions using Code, Origami Studio etc (choice is yours). You communicate design intent through m tion when it matters.

Receptiveness to Feedback

You'll get direct notes on your work. We expect you to engage with feedback constructively, not defensively.
