We design and build connected hardware devices; that run in thousands of homes and gated communities. As an Operations Manager, you will own merchandise planning, inventory management, product readiness, warehouse coordination, order fulfillment, and logistics operations.
You will act as the bridge between suppliers, QC teams, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure products move seamlessly from production to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Merchandise Operations
- Create and maintain SKU masters and ensure product data accuracy
- Manage inventory across multiple locations (supplier, QC, warehouse/3PL, reserved, damaged, returned stock)
