Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Analyst Engineer, you will be expected to:
· Thoroughly analyze project requirements, design specifications, and user stories to understand the scope and objectives.
· Arrange, set up, and configure necessary test environments for effective test case execution.
· Participate in and conduct review meetings to discuss test plans, test cases, and defect statuses.
Execute manual test cases with precision, analyze results, and identify deviations from expected behavior.
· Accurately track, log, prioritize, and manage defects through their lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with developers until resolution.
· Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Test Manager and development team regarding testing progress, roadblocks, and critical findings.
· Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive test documentation, including:
o Detailed Test Plans
o Well-structured Test Cases for various testing processes
o Concise Summary Reports on test execution and defect status
o Thorough Test Data preparation for test cases
o "Lessons Learned" documents based on testing inputs from previous projects
o "Suggestion Documents" aimed at improving overall software quality
o Clearly defined Test Scenarios
· Clearly report identified bugs to developers with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results, facilitating efficient defect resolution

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant based in India to support US-based accounting and financial reporting. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and US GAAP financial reporting within NetSuite. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and improving accounting processes in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Role Responsibilities:
US GAAP Accounting & Close
- Own and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US entities
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and reconciliations
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Support NetSuite enhancements, integrations, and process automation
- Partner with US finance team on system improvements and reporting needs
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in preparation of US financial statements and management reporting
- Support external audits and internal reviews (Big 4 or national firm exposure preferred)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Process Building & Optimization
- Build, document, and improve accounting processes and SOPs
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions as the business grows
- Support process standardization across entities and functions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and Operations teams
- Communicate clearly with US-based stakeholders across time zones
- Proactively flag risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP reporting
- NetSuite experience required (end-to-end accounting ownership)
- Experience supporting US-based companies or multinational organizations
- Proven experience building or improving accounting processes
- Prior experience in a startup, high-growth, or scaling environment preferred
- Audit experience (Big 4 or mid-tier) is a plus
- CPA / CA (or progress toward certification) preferred

Role Summary:
We are looking to hire a Sponsorship Sales Manager with an established network of sponsor relationships in the Middle East technology and cybersecurity ecosystem. This role requires someone who can immediately leverage existing connections to generate sponsorship revenue, while strengthening and expanding those relationships over time.
This is not a junior or entry-level role. The successful candidate will already be known within the market and able to demonstrate proven access to relevant decision-makers across potential sponsor organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage an existing network of senior contacts to secure sponsorships for executive-level technology and cybersecurity events
* Convert established relationships into commercial partnerships through structured sponsorship proposals
* Own the full sponsorship sales lifecycle including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closure
* Maintain and grow long-term sponsor relationships focused on repeat engagement and multi-event partnerships
* Identify additional high-potential sponsor organisations through industry knowledge and referrals
