Customer Support Manager
About AbleCredit
AbleCredit has built a foundational AI platform to help BFSI enterprises reduce OPEX by up to 70% by powering workflows for onboarding, claims, credit, and collections. Our GenAI model achieves over 95% accuracy in understanding Indian dialects and excels in financial analysis.
The company was founded in June 2023 by Utkarsh Apoorva (IIT Delhi, built Reshamandi, Guitarstreet, Edulabs); Harshad Saykhedkar (IIT Bombay, ex-AI Lead at Slack); and Ashwini Prabhu (IIML, co-founder of Mythiksha, ex-Product Head at Reshamandi, HandyTrain).
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to own day-to-day customer support operations and ensure our customers get fast, reliable resolutions. You will help build a scalable support function owning SLAs, triaging issues, and working closely with Implementation, Product, and Engineering to resolve and prevent customer issues.
What You Will Do?
● Own end-to-end customer support operations across chat, email, and ticketing channels.
● Track SLAs for first response and resolution times across ticket severities.
● Triage and prioritise incoming issues, resolving what you can directly and escalating complex or technical issues to Implementation, Product, or Engineering.
● Build and maintain a knowledge base, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to reduce repeat tickets.
● Monitor support metrics; CSAT, ticket volume, resolution time, backlog and report trends to leadership.
● Identify recurring issues and root causes, and work with Product and Engineering to drive permanent fixes.
● Personally own escalated or high-severity customer issues, ensuring timely and clear communication until resolution.
● Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent customer experience.
● Train and onboard new support team members on product knowledge, process, and tooling.
What You Need To Succeed?
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or support operations, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, integrations, and SaaS product configuration, to triage technical issues effectively.
- Experience defining and tracking SLAs and support metrics such as CSAT, resolution time, and ticket volume.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and structured under pressure on escalated or high severity issues.
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
- Exposure to BFSI, lending, or financial services customers is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes.
Brand & Content Designer
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an AI-first company. We build AI for large, regulated businesses — software that reaches decisions at the point of contact, in the places work actually happens, away from a desk — and we run on AI internally too. Our market is expanding quickly and we are growing with it, which is the reason this role exists.
The Brand & Content Designer makes what this company shows the world. You work closely with the Head of Marketing, who sets the direction and owns the brand system and is hands-on in production alongside you. You will be one of the first people in this function, with the range and the visibility that comes with that.
The brief is broad and the pace is quick — several formats a week rather than one campaign a quarter — which is possible only because we work AI-first. That is a hard requirement, not a preference: if an AI creative suite is not already part of how you design, edit and produce today, this is not the right role for you. Our design language is warm minimalism: no decoration, generous whitespace, typography doing the work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Decks and sales collateral. Client decks, proposals, one-pagers and vertical kits, at the pace sales needs them, without the brand drifting.
- Social and campaign creative. Daily social assets, campaign visuals, account-specific landing page design, event and email creative.
- Illustration. Extend our illustration system to new scenes and verticals — vector work in Illustrator, consistent with the existing set.
- Video and motion. Short product films, customer story edits, social cutdowns, motion graphics and versioning.
- Shoot-to-edit where needed.
- AI-led production. Use image, video and generative design tools to compress production time — and know where they fail and hand work back to craft.
- Brand consistency. Apply the visual system across everything the company sends out, and catch off-brand work before a customer does.
- Templates and kits. Turn every finished asset into a reusable template, so the next version takes an hour and anyone can produce it.
- Web and light layout. Design and lay out pages in our CMS or design tool, working with the growth marketer who builds and ships them.
EXPERIMENTAL WORK
A standing part of this role is work nobody in our space has done yet. We protect time for it, ship it publicly, and expect some of it to fail.
- Generative film and motion at a volume a conventional team cannot reach.
- An illustration system extended by models trained on our own visual language.
- Interactive, explorable pages where the industry sends static one-pagers, and creative built for a single named account in hours rather than weeks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- You already work AI-first. Image, video and generative design tools are part of your daily practice today — not something you have read about or mean to try. Show us what you have made with them, and tell us where they failed you.
- 3–5 years designing and producing marketing content, ideally at a startup or small in-house team where you made everything yourself.
- Strong across the Adobe toolset — Illustrator especially, plus Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere or After Effects. Figma for layout.
- Real illustration ability — not stock, not clipart. You can draw within an existing visual system and keep it coherent.
- Video editing done end to end, including motion graphics and sound. A reel matters more than a résumé here.
- Typographic discipline — our language is minimal, so spacing, hierarchy and restraint are the craft.
- Fast, organised and comfortable with volume — multiple briefs a week, versioned properly, delivered on time.
- You take direction well and improve on it. The brand system is owned by the Head of Marketing; the making sits with you.
BONUS POINTS
- You already build and ship what you design — no-code site builders, AI-assisted web tools, HTML and CSS
- B2B or enterprise design experience
- Presentation design at speed · 3D or generative visual work
- Copywriting instincts for headlines and captions.
WHERE THIS GOES?
You are early. The templates, illustration system and production methods you build now become what the next designers work from, and the brief widens as fast as you can take it on — toward owning the brand system, or toward leading content production. You will also learn to build and ship what you design.
Growth Marketing Manager — Enterprise
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an enterprise AI company selling to large, regulated businesses with long sales cycles and multi-person buying committees. Marketing here runs on named accounts rather than broad campaigns, and every claim we make carries a number behind it.
This role owns the execution engine underneath that: demand generation, the marketing technology stack, performance marketing, search and answer-engine visibility, developer and customer marketing, and the reporting that proves any of it worked. It is a hands-on role in a small team — you build these systems yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Demand generation inside account plays. Build and ship the landing pages, sequences, personalised outreach and targeted social that account-based plays require, against a single list shared with sales.
- Own the martech stack end to end. CMS and hosting, GA4 and Tag Manager, CRM and marketing automation, attribution, SEO tooling and dashboards — selection, configuration, integration, access and cost.
- Website operations and technical SEO. Site and landing page builds, architecture, structured data, redirects, page speed, indexation.
- SEO and AEO. Own organic visibility, and build the tracking for how often we appear in AI-generated answers to buyer questions. This part has no established playbook.
- Performance marketing. Paid social to named buying-committee roles, retargeting and paid search — small budgets, tight tests, honest reporting.
- Developer marketing. Run the developer-facing surface with engineering — documentation and sandbox operations, sample repositories, technical content programming, developer events and hackathon presence, and adoption measurement.
- Customer marketing. Own the reference programme with sales — case studies, verified reviews on marketplaces andreview platforms, logo permissions, advocacy and reference calls.
- Events and community. Executive dinners, conferences, sponsorships and an invitation-only practitioner circle — logistics, follow-up and attributed pipeline.
- Reporting. One dashboard, one source of truth, reported weekly on pipeline influenced and accounts moved rather than lead volume.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- 3–4 years in growth marketing, demand generation or marketing operations. Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred someone who has built a function, not inherited one that already ran.
- Hands-on across a modern martech stack — you have configured analytics and tag management, built automation workflows and shipped CMS pages yourself. We care that you have wired tools together, not which brands you used.
- Real technical SEO ability — audits, structured data, internal linking, redirect strategy, and confident use of crawl and keyword tools.
- Performance marketing you ran personally, with a view on what small B2B budgets can and cannot buy.
- Strong with spreadsheets, dashboards and light no-code automation. SQL is a bonus, not a filter.
- Comfortable with technical audiences and with customers — you can brief engineers on developer content, and ask a live customer for a case study or a review without flinching.
- Clear written English, and the judgement to start from context rather than a brief.
- Willing to be measured on pipeline influenced.
BONUS POINTS
- B2B enterprise or regulated-industry experience
- Account-based marketing
- Developer marketing or technical community work
- An informed opinion on how large language models surface brands
- Enough HTML and CSS to unblock yourself
- Exposure to both Indian and international markets.
- Apply with a page you shipped end to end, a dashboard you built, and one campaign that did not work and what you changed because of it.
The role
A working product and a working deployment are two different things. You are the person who closes that gap.
You sit inside the client's head office. You get the deployment live, you get their teams using the dashboards, and you own whether the AI is returning something worth acting on. Every client is different: different languages on the floor, different store noise, different vocabulary for the same product, different CRM, different idea of what a good conversation looks like. The core platform does not change for each of them. You are the layer that makes it fit, and you are the one the client meets.
You are encouraged to spend time in stores. The engineers who do the best work here are the ones who have stood on a shop floor and watched where the pitch and the pipeline actually break. Nobody will make you go. You will also spend real time in the codebase, because you fix what you find rather than filing it.
What you build has a commercial edge to it. A pilot converts when the client sees the result they were promised, and an account grows when a second team inside it sees what is already sitting in their data. Both of those outcomes are yours to deliver, not somebody else's to chase.
How you will work
You design the deployment, you build it, and you own whether it holds up on a Saturday evening in a crowded store. Nobody hands you the plan, and nobody hands you the spec. You write both.
The decisions are yours. Which integration is worth the week, which vertical taxonomy needs building, what ships in the pilot and what waits, and when to tell a client that the thing they are asking for is the wrong thing to build. You go and find out what a client needs before anyone writes a line of code.
You will not be doing it alone. There are founders, AI engineers and product people around you, and they will build alongside you. What nobody will do is tell you what the client needs. That call is yours.
The work compounds if you do it well. What you learn on one deployment becomes a specification, then code, then a pattern the next one starts from. A year in, the deployments you designed should be running without you, and a new client should take a fraction of the time the first one did.
What you will do
Own the deployment end to end. Device provisioning, store connectivity, data flowing, first insight in front of the client. Get from kickoff to something real inside
the pilot window, and know by the halfway mark whether it is in trouble.
Get their HQ using it. A dashboard nobody opens is a failed deployment. Sit with the sales, marketing and L&D teams, show them what is in their own data, and
make sure the people who asked for this are actually looking at it every week.
Make the AI work on their floor. Their languages, their store noise, their product vocabulary. Benchmark transcription and speaker separation on their actual
audio, and fix what fails instead of explaining it away.
Build the vertical. Intent taxonomies, objection maps and prompt libraries for the category you are deployed into. A jewellery floor and an electronics floor do not
share a conversation model.
Wire it into their systems. CRM and POS integrations, so conversation data connects to what actually got sold and the insight can be checked against reality.
Build what the client asks for. Custom reports, dashboards and agents. Ground everything in source conversations and verify it before it ships, because a confident
wrong number costs an account.
Close the pilot. A pilot converts on results, not on effort. Know what the client agreed to judge this on, work backwards from it, and make sure the output in front of
their leadership at the end is the thing they asked for.
Grow the account. The same intelligence is worth something to marketing, L&D and category teams inside the same client. Spot which of them would benefit, show them what is already in their data, and hand a real opening to the account team.
Push it back into the product. Turn one-off client work into something the platform does by default, so the next deployment starts further ahead than this one did.
What we are looking for
Must have
- 0 to 5 years of experience. A consulting internship or an analyst role is the closest match to what this job actually asks for, but we care more about what you can do than where you did it
- Coding ability, ideally Python. Degree, internship, first job or your own projects. What we want to see is something you built that other people actually used
- Excel or Sheets at a real working level. A lot of the first conversation with a client happens in a spreadsheet before it ever happens in a dashboard
- The ability to explain a complicated idea simply. You will be taking AI output to people who do not think about models, and the explanation matters as much as the result
- Comfort at the boundaries. APIs, data pipelines, some frontend, some hardware when a device misbehaves
- An eye for where a deployment turns into more business, and the willingness to raise it yourself
- Heavy hands-on LLM usage. Prompts, evaluations, retrieval, and a clear view on where these tools break
- Fluent English and Hindi. A third Indian language counts for a lot, since the useful conversations happen on store floors and not only in HQ meeting rooms
- The instinct to go and find out what a client needs rather than waiting to be told
Good to have
Speech or audio work. Transcription, diarization, voice activity detection, or
anything that survives noisy real-world recording
Embedded or IoT experience, on ESP32 or similar
SQL and experience building things customers actually look at
Side projects, hackathons or internships where you shipped without a spec
and it worked

Product Manager / Associate Product Manager
Turn messy real-world problems into simple products.
AbleCredit builds software for complex enterprise workflows where AI, APIs, business rules, human decisions, and real-world operations have to work together reliably. We care about building products that work in production - not just in demos. Our customers don't arrive with clean product requirements. They have operational problems involving people, policies, existing systems, edge cases, and workflows built over years. Product at AbleCredit means understanding that complexity deeply and turning it into reusable, simple product capabilities.
What You'll Own?
• Spend time with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, constraints, and the real problem behind requests.
• Translate ambiguous operational problems into clear product requirements, user journeys, and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering and design from discovery through rollout rather than handing off specifications.
• Prioritize based on customer impact, product strategy, effort, risk, and reuse across customers.
• Define success metrics and evaluate whether shipped products actually improve the workflow.
• Own launches, feedback loops, adoption, and iteration after release.
• Identify patterns across customer requests and turn them into reusable platform capabilities instead of one-off customizations.
• Maintain clarity on what we are building, why we are building it, and what we deliberately are not building.
What We're Looking For?
• 1-5 years of product, engineering, analytics, consulting, operations, or adjacent experience; level will be calibrated to experience.
• Strong problem decomposition and structured thinking.
• Ability to understand technical systems, APIs, data flows, and constraints well enough to work deeply with engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort speaking with customers and asking detailed questions until the underlying workflow is understood.
• Bias toward evidence, prototypes, and shipped outcomes rather than process for its own sake.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and make sensible trade-offs.
Nice to Have
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, workflow products, fintech, or AI-assisted products.
• Technical background or prior engineering experience.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, analytics, or operational products.
• Experience taking a product from discovery through adoption.
How Product Works Here?
Product managers are expected to understand the problem deeply, not act as ticket routers. The best solution may be a new feature, a platform primitive, a workflow change, an API, or deciding not to build something. Success is measured by customer and product outcomes, not PRD volume.

We care about building products that work in production - not just in demos. Our mobile applications operate in the real world: variable networks, device fragmentation, media capture, background work, permissions, and workflows that cannot simply fail when connectivity does. We're looking for an engineer who can independently own substantial parts of that experience.
What You'll Own?
• Design and ship major mobile features end-to-end, from technical design through production rollout.
• Build reliable experiences around camera, audio, media upload, location, permissions, and device capabilities.
• Design for poor connectivity, retries, offline behavior, background execution, and interrupted workflows.
• Own API integration, local state, caching, persistence, and synchronization patterns.
• Improve app startup time, responsiveness, battery/network usage, crash rate, and overall reliability.
• Build observability into mobile features and debug issues across device, network, and backend boundaries.
• Contribute to mobile architecture, testing strategy, release engineering, and technical standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns through reviews and design discussions.
What We're Looking For?
• 5+ years building production mobile applications.
• Strong experience with Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift, Flutter, React Native, or comparable mobile stacks.
• Deep understanding of mobile lifecycle, networking, concurrency, persistence, and performance.
• Experience shipping and supporting applications through production releases.
• Strong debugging skills using device logs, profiling, crash reporting, and network inspection.
• Good API design instincts and ability to reason about backend/mobile contracts.
• Ability to independently turn ambiguous product requirements into robust technical solutions.
Nice to Have
• Media capture or real-time audio/video experience.
• Offline-first or field-workforce applications.
• Mobile security, encryption, device integrity, or secure storage.
• Native module/bridge development in a cross-platform application.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, automated testing, staged rollouts, and release observability.
How We Build?
Mobile is not a thin client. We treat device behavior, network reliability, telemetry, performance, and release safety as core engineering concerns. Engineers own what they ship after it reaches production.
Mobile Engineering Intern
Build mobile software people actually use.
AbleCredit builds software for complex enterprise workflows where AI, APIs, business rules, human decisions, and real-world operations have to work together reliably. We care about building products that work in production - not just in demos. As a mobile engineering intern, you won't spend four months on a disposable internship project. You'll work with our engineers on real application features and learn how production mobile software behaves outside perfect Wi-Fi and simulator environments.
What You'll Build?
• Build and improve features in our production mobile applications.
• Work with camera, audio, permissions, storage, networking, and other device capabilities.
• Handle real-world mobile conditions such as slow networks, interrupted uploads, background execution, and app lifecycle changes.
• Integrate mobile experiences with backend APIs and services.
• Debug crashes and functional issues using logs, device tools, and observability.
• Write tests and participate in code reviews, releases, and technical discussions.
What We're Looking For?
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong programming fundamentals and curiosity about how mobile systems work.
• Experience building at least one meaningful Android, iOS, Flutter, or React Native application.
• Comfort with Git, APIs, JSON, and basic debugging.
• Ability to learn independently, ask good questions, and take feedback.
Bonus Points
• Kotlin, Swift, Flutter/Dart, React Native, or TypeScript experience.
• Published app, substantial side project, hackathon product, or open-source contribution.
• Experience with camera/audio APIs, local storage, background jobs, or offline-first applications.
What You'll Gain?
You'll learn how mobile features move from product idea to production: architecture, implementation, testing, code review, release, telemetry, and debugging. High-performing interns may be considered for a full time engineering role.
Senior QA Engineer
Make quality part of the engineering system.
AbleCredit builds software for complex enterprise workflows where AI, APIs, business rules, human decisions, and real-world operations have to work together reliably. We care about building products that work in production - not just in demos. We're looking for a senior quality engineer who can move quality upstream: from release-time testing to better automation, contracts, observability, and engineering practices.
What You'll Own?
• Own quality strategy across web, mobile, backend APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
• Design and maintain automated regression suites for critical customer journeys.
• Build API, integration, contract, and workflow tests that catch failures before production.
• Partner with engineering and product teams during design - not only after development is complete.
• Define release readiness, risk-based testing, and production validation practices.
• Investigate escaped defects, identify systemic causes, and drive preventive improvements.
• Improve test data, environments, tooling, and CI integration so teams can ship confidently.
What We're Looking For?
• 5+ years in software quality engineering or test automation.
• Strong API and backend testing experience, including asynchronous and integration-heavy systems.
• Experience testing mobile and web applications and understanding client/ server failure modes.
• Ability to write automation in JavaScript/ TypeScript, Python, Java, or a similar language.
• Strong debugging skills across logs, network requests, databases, and distributed services.
• Experience with CI/CD and integrating automated tests into release pipelines.
• A product mindset: prioritize risk and customer impact rather than maximizing test-case counts.
Nice to Have
• Performance, load, security, or reliability testing.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman/ Newman, k6, or similar tooling.
• Experience with event-driven systems, queues, webhooks, and long running workflows.
• Experience testing AI-assisted or non-deterministic product behavior.
How We Think About Quality?
Quality is an engineering responsibility. Automation should create confidence, not dashboards. A production escape should improve the system that allowed it to happen. The goal is simple: ship quickly without making customers our test environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Swift and iOS development.
Experience building and shipping real iOS applications using Swift.
Strong understanding of SwiftUI / UIKit, iOS architecture, APIs and mobile development best practices.
Prior experience building a consumer-facing app is a major plus.
Someone who can take complete ownership of the iOS application and work independently from 0 → 1.
Strong product and UX mindset - you care about how the product feels, not just whether the code works.
Ability to work with APIs, authentication, notifications, analytics, backend integrations and other core mobile infrastructure.
Comfortable making technical and product decisions in an early-stage environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out independently.
Attention to performance, scalability, reliability and overall app quality.
As a Customer Support Executive / Manager, you will own a set of client accounts and ensure they successfully adopt and use the product.
You will handle client onboarding, product training, reporting, data requests and day-to-day client queries. You will also identify repetitive requests and use AI and automation to make recurring reports and workflows more efficient.

Role :
A Software Engineer who builds the tools this company runs on. You build agent loops, and the loops build the solutions. You work towards a Company Brain that anyone here can ask.3–5 years’ experience · Reports to the CFO ·
THE KEY SKILL
You build the agent loops that build the solutions. You will not write every automation by hand. You build the loops that
write them. Ship a prototype every week. You ship something every day.
You’ll be building a Company Brain with access control. One system that holds what the company knows about finance, delivery and people. Anyone can ask it a question. Each person sees only what they are cleared to see.
One hard filter. If you cannot write and debug production code, and have not done it before, please do not apply.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work the backlog: You pick items off a live, ranked backlog. You learn each function by building inside it. There is no discovery phase. What you learn goes back into the backlog and changes what comes next.
• Build the product: You design, build and ship tools that people use every day. Reconciliation, MIS, the deal desk, quote to cash, or whatever the real bottleneck turns out to be. You choose the tools and frameworks.
• Wire the data: Connect the systems each team already uses, so that the same number means the same thing everywhere.
• Make it visible: You build live dashboards and alerts that leaders read on their own, instead of asking someone for a report.
• Keep it running: You own uptime and accuracy for everything you build. Anything that touches money or people needs a person in the loop.
THE STACK
• Build with: Python and TypeScript. You write production code. Frontier model APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, with tool calling and structured output. At least one agent framework. MCP to connect agents to internal systems.Postgres and pgvector, or something similar, for retrieval. You deploy on GCP, and you debug your own work.
• Work in agents daily: Claude Code, Cursor or something like them, as the way you write code every day. You should have a clear view on how to run the loop, and on when a person has to step in.
• Connect to: The systems we already run on for accounting, CRM, hiring and IT support, along with Google Workspace. Most of the work is getting them to agree with each other.
• Check what you ship: Anything that produces a number needs a way to catch it going quietly wrong. Test sets, regression checks, and alerts on the output as well as on the job.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
• Something you built is running by week two, and someone is using it.
• By day 90, time spent on reconciliation or reporting is down by a number you can defend to the CFO.
• Every tool you ship has a named owner who is still using it 60 days later. That is the measure that counts.
• Leaders stop asking for numbers, because they can already see them.
• By the end of your first year, a first version of the Company Brain answers real questions about Finance, and each
person who asks sees only what they are cleared to see.
WHO THIS IS FOR
• You have built products: 3 to 5 years at a software product company, on a product with real users at scale. That means 100k+ monthly active users, or heavy daily use by a large enterprise customer base. You have owned code in production, in front of real users, long after it shipped.
• You ship alone: You are comfortable as the only engineer in the room, and the only person on call for what you built.
• You work out new ground fast: A domain you do not know is interesting to you. You start without waiting for a spec or an expert.
• You are fluent with agents: One person cannot cover a whole company by hand. You use agent loops heavily and youare good at it.
• You write and speak clearly: Half this job is pulling a process out of a finance or delivery lead and giving it back to them correctly. You work remotely, so this matters a great deal.
HOW WE WILL ASSESS
• A design problem: Live. We give you a function of the B2B company, and you design the system for it. We watch how you break down a domain you do not know, how you size it, and what you leave out on purpose.
• A build exercise: Live and screen-shared, on your own setup, with your own agents. You build the way you normally build. We watch how you run the loop, when you step in, and what you decide to skip.
• Your work and your questions: We talk about what you have shipped before. You ask us whatever you want.
Communication is not a separate round. All three sessions are live, and how clearly you explain your thinking is part of how we judge you.
WHERE IT LEADS
You report to the CEO and CFO from your first day. Your charter covers the whole company. Nothing sits between you and production. Very few engineering jobs offer all three at once, and that is why this one exists.
In 18 months you will know how this company really runs: the data, the money, and the gaps between teams. The rolethen changes shape to fit whatever the biggest open problem is by then.
About the Role
We are hiring Staff / Principal Engineers to take full, hands-on ownership of Blitzy's most critical production-grade systems and to deliver high-leverage features that materially improve customer outcomes and engineering velocity. This is the most senior individual contributor role at the company today.
This is not a Senior-plus role, an architecture-only role, or a promotion-track role. We are looking for someone who has already operated at Principal / Staff+ scope in a highly technical environment and expects to spend their time writing, reviewing, and shipping production code.
This role is 100% hands-on. Leverage comes from system ownership, execution quality, and durable technical decisions — not people management or process.
Responsibilities
- Own mission-critical production systems end-to-end, ensuring correctness, scalability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Design, build, and ship high-impact backend systems and features that improve product reliability, performance, and customer value.
- Architect scalable services and cloud infrastructure using technologies such as Python, REST, gRPC, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks that limit engineering quality, system performance, or organizational velocity.
- Build and operate LLM-powered systems and validation loops that evaluate correctness, consistency, durability, and production performance.
- Design and evolve data architectures incorporating relational, NoSQL, graph, and vector databases to support complex enterprise applications and semantic retrieval.
- Modernize and improve complex enterprise systems while balancing reliability, maintainability, scalability, and delivery speed.
- Set and uphold engineering quality standards through hands-on technical leadership, sound technical judgment, and ownership of long-term technical decisions.
Qualifications
- Direct experience with Python as a primary programming language, backend frameworks, and microservices architectures.
- Expertise in REST and gRPC, with proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in GCP, along with experience using at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS or Azure.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform in production environments.
- Experience operating highly available production systems, including monitoring, scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and operational tooling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with graph databases such as Neo4j and vector databases or embedding infrastructure for semantic search and retrieval.
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered systems in production, including evaluation, validation, regression testing, tracing, and failure analysis.
- Working knowledge of LangSmith or comparable LLM observability and evaluation tools; familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar model providers is a plus.
- Ability to contribute across the full stack, with a strong understanding of frontend architecture and the ability to debug, design, and ship across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems.
- Understanding of large-scale enterprise software systems, including architecture, integration, deployment, modernization, and long-term maintainability.
- Proven track record of operating at Staff+, Principal Engineer, or equivalent level, independently driving complex technical initiatives and delivering high-impact outcomes with minimal supervision.

Job Title: Sales Representative – IT / B2B SaaS
Location: Mumbai, India (Hybrid / On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 3+ Years
Department: Sales & Business Development
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in B2B IT / SaaS Sales to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles — driving outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. If you are proactive, thrive in a target-driven environment, and excel at translating technical value into clear business ROI for decision-makers, we'd love to connect.
This role requires hands-on field sales experience — you should be comfortable meeting clients in person, conducting on-site visits, and closing deals face-to-face in addition to remote/virtual selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Prospecting: Execute strategic outbound outreach (cold emailing, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, and in-person field visits) targeting mid-market and enterprise decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Sales/Marketing, Founders).
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly engage, qualify, and convert marketing-generated inbound leads into active sales opportunities.
- Product Discovery & Demo: Conduct consultative discovery calls and on-site/in-person product walkthroughs to identify prospect pain points and deliver tailored demos.
- Field Sales & Client Visits: Travel for client meetings, site visits, and relationship-building activities within Mumbai and surrounding regions as required.
- Negotiation & Closing: Build commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, manage objection handling, and consistently close deals to meet/exceed quarterly quota targets.

- Market Feedback: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. graduate is mandatory. (A technical/engineering background helps in translating product capability into client-facing business value.)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct selling experience in B2B Tech / IT Services / SaaS, with demonstrated field sales exposure (on-site client visits, in-person demos/negotiations — not purely remote/inside sales).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and pipeline generation targets.
- Sales Acumen: Strong grasp of consultative and solution-selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, willing to travel locally for client meetings, and able to work independently.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

The Support Operations team is at the heart of Planview's customer experience, ensuring that enterprises around the world get the most value from Planview's industry-leading platform. As Planview expands its AI-first portfolio through continued innovation and acquisition, the Support Operations team plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality technical assistance across a growing suite of solutions.
Role Summary
Technical Support Engineer I provides first-level technical support for Planview KeyedIn (enterprise PPM) Customer Care customers and internal employees, serving as the primary point of contact for a defined set of accounts and cases. In this role, you will independently resolve standard cases across user and license administration, project and resource management, reporting, data operations, and integration workflows, while investigating root causes and documenting durable solutions.
You will escalate complex or defect cases appropriately — acting as a liaison between customers and the Development and Cloud Operations teams — and guide customers on the product's proper use and best practices. As you grow, you will take on increasingly complex problems end-to-end and mentor Associate Technical Support Engineers, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team. Success is measured by case resolution quality, SLA performance, customer satisfaction, and case hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Case Management
• Act as the first point of contact for KeyedIn Customer Care customers seeking technical assistance, providing troubleshooting and support via the ticketing system, email, and web-based tools.
• Accurately log all customer cases, interactions, and resolutions in the case management system (Salesforce).
• Take a hands-on approach, managing issues from initial contact through final resolution and follow-up, and maintaining full accountability throughout the support lifecycle.
• Prioritize cases according to severity and SLA commitments, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain case hygiene — accurate status, ownership, and next action — with no-silent-case discipline.
Technical Troubleshooting & Resolution
• Handle standard KeyedIn administration and configuration requests — support-portal accounts, licence-count updates, user provisioning and termination, login-group publishing, and access/login issues.
• Resolve standard reporting, widget, dashboard, and how-to cases; assist with routine data export and data-load requests.
• Investigate root causes, guide customers through corrective steps, and document solutions in the Customer Success Center knowledge base.
• Escalate complex or defect cases to higher-level engineers or Development with clear reproduction steps and environment details; route Cloud Operations and Development-owned work to the correct team without owning it.
• Follow the team's call-escalation discipline — move prolonged email threads to a call at the defined threshold to speed resolution.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
• Stay current on KeyedIn releases, feature changes, known issues, and system updates.
• Advise customers on the product's proper use, best practices, and configuration guidance.
• Contribute to technical notes and knowledge base articles in the Customer Success Center.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback, recurring issues, and product-quality insights to improve product quality and support processes.
Collaboration & Mentoring
• Mentor Associate Technical Support Engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Development, Cloud Operations, Product, and Customer value advisor.
• Function independently as well as part of a cross-functional global team.
• As needed, participate in on-call or skeleton crew rotation.
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, software support, IT support, or a closely related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using ticketing or case management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, or similar).
• Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a systematic, analytical approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting SLA commitments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
• Experience using ticketing or case management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Dynamics 365, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS application support models and multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with enterprise databases and SQL querying (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Exposure to REST or SOAP APIs and tools such as Postman or cURL.
• Practical familiarity with PPM concepts — projects, resources, timesheets, dashboards, reporting/widgets, and custom entities.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts (SSO, OAuth, RBAC, SAML).
• Knowledge of the Planview product ecosystem, particularly KeyedIn or other PPM solutions.
• Relevant technology certifications (Microsoft, AWS, ITIL, or similar).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Willing to accept and adapt to change, showing flexibility and recovering relatively quickly from setbacks.
• Actively participates in team meetings and seeks out collaboration opportunities without always waiting to be prompted.
• Seeks feedback from colleagues and peers and integrates that feedback into their approach and work quality.
• Displays a willingness to develop conflict-resolution skills and facilitate productive discussions with customers and colleagues.
• Keeps a calm, professional demeanor across a variety of clients and personalities, even when others in the support process may not.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to begin prioritizing work independently.
• A logical, process-oriented thinker who is positive, proactive, and innovative — a creative problem solver with exceptional customer service skills.
• Committed to continuous learning, with intellectual curiosity to expand product and technical knowledge and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Comfortable engaging with AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, issue diagnosis, and knowledge base contributions.
Technical Skillset (Product-Specific)
Experience Required: 1–3 years.
Must Have
• API — Experience with Postman or similar tools to test APIs, validate responses, and troubleshoot API failures; understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and request/response flows for troubleshooting integrations.
• SQL & Relational Databases — Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries to validate data, troubleshoot data issues, and understand database relationships.
• Analytical & Communication Skills — Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to translate technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
• Application & Log Analysis — Application logs, error analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
• Salesforce & Jira — Working knowledge of Salesforce for case management and Jira for defect tracking and ticket management.
• Web & SaaS Troubleshooting — Web-based applications, SaaS/cloud environments, browser Developer Tools, HTTP/HTTPS, and network troubleshooting.
• Cloud & Networking — Basic understanding of cloud environments, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, proxies, and connectivity issues.
• Power BI (basic) — able to read dashboards and reports, understand how filters and slicers change results, and recognize whether a reporting issue is a data, refresh, or configuration problem.
Nice to Have
• PPM Application Support — Practical familiarity with projects, resources, timesheets, dashboards, reporting/widgets, and custom entities.
• Reporting & Data — Comfort with report/widget configuration concepts, filters, and data validation.
• Data Loads & Exports — Ability to handle imports/exports, MS Project imports, and bulk field uploads.
• Planview Product Familiarity — Any exposure to Planview's portfolio or release management product suite.

Backend Engineer - Oddr
About Oddr
Oddr is a modern enterprise platform purpose-built for professional services firms. We handle the financial nervous system of some of the world's most demanding clients - invoicing, payments, and revenue intelligence at scale. Our systems process high-stakes, high-volume financial workflows where correctness and reliability are non-negotiable. We're a small, senior-leaning team. Engineers here own systems end to-end, make real architectural decisions, and ship things that matter.
The Role
This is a deep, hands-on individual contributor role. You'll be working on the core backend platform - designing APIs, building scalable workflows, hardening infrastructure, and setting the technical bar for the team around you. You won't be managing people, but you'll naturally
raise everyone's game through code reviews, technical guidance, and the quality of your own work. If you thrive in environments with high ownership, low bureaucracy, and genuinely hard problems, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Core Platform Development
Design and build reliable, scalable backend systems using .NET Core. Architect RESTful APIs and business workflow orchestration that hold up under real enterprise load. Make considered tradeoffs between correctness, performance, and maintainability.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Own backend services on Microsoft Azure - app services, databases, messaging, storage, and access management. Work closely with DevOps to improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure reliability.
CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments. Bring a production-minded perspective to automation, rollback strategies, and release confidence.
Security & Compliance
Proactively embed security into the development process - secure coding practices, data protection, access controls, and compliance awareness relevant to enterprise financial systems.
Quality & Observability
Set standards for testing (unit, integration, e2e), code review, and observability. You should care deeply about knowing when things break before customers do.
Technical Mentorship
Unblock engineers around you. Share context, raise the quality of code reviews, and help the
team develop good engineering intuition - without needing a management title to do it.
What We're Looking For
Required
• 6 -10 years of backend engineering experience with strong depth in .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, service architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong relational database skills - schema design, query optimization, indexing (PostgreSQL or SQL Server)• Security-conscious mindset with practical experience applying secure coding practices
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Strong Plus
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and tenant isolation patterns
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation
• Background in financial systems - payments, invoicing, reconciliation, audit trails
• Exposure to event-driven architecture, background job processing, and async workflows.
• Prior experience in a tech lead, staff engineer, or equivalent hands-on senior role.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary and benefits
• A small team where your decisions actually shape the product
• Hard problems worth solving - no ticket-factory work
• Flexibility and trust to get things done your way
