Responsibilities Understand the product/feature in-depth from end user point of view and also the underlying implementation Work closely with the product manager to ensure successful product releases Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, priortize, plan, and coordinate testing activities Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Design testing process for a voice interface based virtual assistant Ability to design and plan testing conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated experience in writing clean scripts/code quickly.
