We at Dukaan are building an in-house team of performance marketing enthusiasts who can help our enterprise and large business clients grow their business online. We are looking for a digital marketing head for a large performance marketing team who can help Dukaan and its merchants grow. Apart from getting exposure to performance marketing across industries, and running campaigns across channels, you will also get exposure to Dukaan’s technology platform which has helped shape online shopping for millions of SMBs & large enterprises and a chance to improve the product
What you will do
● Lead a team of the campaign, performance marketers, content writers and graphic designers
● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
● Understand marketing briefs for different clients/Brands and execute or drive the same to deliver sales performance
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Skills Required

● Has at least 3 years of experience with marketing operations on programmatic advertising

● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
