Senior Data Scientist

Job Type- Hybrid

Role Responsibilities: 

• Research and test machine learning approaches for analyzing large-scale distributed computing applications. 
• Develop production-ready implementations of proposed solutions across different models AI and ML algorithms, including testing on live customer data to improve accuracy, efficacy, and robustness 
• Work closely with other functional teams to integrate implemented systems into the SaaS platform 
• Suggest innovative and creative concepts and ideas that would improve the overall platform  

 Qualifications:  

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications: 

• 5 + years’ experience in practical implementation and deployment of large customer-facing ML based systems. 
• MS or M Tech (preferred) in applied mathematics/statistics; CS or Engineering disciplines are acceptable but must have with strong quantitative and applied mathematical skills 
• In-depth working, beyond coursework, familiarity with classical and current ML techniques, both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and algorithms 
• Implementation experiences and deep knowledge of Classification, Time Series Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Dynamic Programming and Optimization 
• Experience in working on modeling graph structures related to spatiotemporal systems 
• Programming skills in Python is a must 
• Experience in developing and deploying on cloud (AWS or Google or Azure) 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Familiarity with well-known ML frameworks such as Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow

Job Description

• Min 5 years of Test Data Management tools experience with experience in Data De-identification and Masking Capabilities.
• Min 3 years of experience working on the Delphix tool with Data De-identification TDM experience
• Min 2 years of Experience in Synthetic Data Generation Capabilities
• Nice to have Experience in Python and .NET
• Understand and align with the roadmaps of key consumers with faster turnaround of test data generation.
• Optional: Prior experience working in cloud-hosted platforms, CICD pipeline, and integration of test data into the pipeline.

·                    Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.

·                    Focus on building Proof of Concept (POC) applications to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.

·                    Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

·                    Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability for model training and evaluation.

·                    Work closely with senior team members to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.

·                    Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML models and applications.

·                    Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.

·                    Utilize machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) to develop and deploy models.

·                    Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

·                    Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

·                    Utilize Vertex AI for model training, deployment, and management.

·                    Integrate and leverage Google Gemini for specific AI functionalities.

Qualifications:

·                    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

·                    3+ years of experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models.

·                    Strong programming skills in Python.

·                    Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

·                    Good understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.

·                    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·                    Strong problem-solving skills.

·                    Good communication skills.

·                    Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

•

3-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

•

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Msc. Applied Psychology (any specialization, preferably HR Specialization )

•

Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

•

Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

•

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

• Proven 4+ years of Java Experience and preferably on Android App Development
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android
• Added advantage if one has exposure to Android MDM APIs
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
