Position Overview The Sales Development Representative is the initial interface between the Company's Customers/Prospects and Sales team. The SDR should be able to generate qualified leads for the sales team to pursue, through different outreach methods, including social (LinkedIn). Skills Required
- Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or similar – preferably an MBA
- 7+ years experience in Email Marketing with a B2B company or IT/ITeS firm
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot of Hubspot or similar platforms – preferably Pardo
- Experience in database segmentation, email automation, and campaign coordination
- Experience in digital analytics and data analysis - being able to communicate insights
- Hands-on experience in designing and building dashboards and campaign reports
- Strong understanding of content for emails and attention to detail/CTA
- Ability to work in a team and lead the team
- Excellent people and time management skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing automation campaign
