Role: Product Manager

Technovert is not a typical IT services firm. We inculcate the product mindset for the talent working with us. We have to credit two of our successful products generating $2M+ in licensing/SaaS revenues which is rare in the industry.

Step ahead, we are looking for a Product Manager who can create best out of excellent engineering minds and build together a product which suffice Insurance Industry needs. This is a pivotal role where you can see yourself working with the Technology, Sales, Marketing and Leadership team. 
Your Responsibilities

• Identify product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Define the product strategy, and translate product strategy into roadmap and feature definition, in line with business and customer experience objectives.
• Collect and develop ideas, prioritize the ideas, create business cases
• Define, track, and improve key product metrics.
• Drive the product discovery process for large projects and support the product implementation and deployment
• Partner and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams like Engineering, UX, Data, etc. across numerous business units across countries and teams
• Liaise with Engineering and Product owners to help them implement and verify the product increments
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Services and Support organizations to launch the product evolutions to market
• Works with product marketing department to develop effective communication activities and programs including product positioning, collateral development, whitepapers, and analyst engagement
• Serves as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research.
• Manages the resolution of escalated customer problems. Escalates problems and issues to other departments when needed.

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Strong understating of the Insurance industry. Preferable Life & Health.

• Excellent communication skills, and design thinking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leveraging data to make informed product decisions.
• Must have sound business judgment as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize
• Ability to explain the business and technical value of a technical offering to internal and external audience which is a mix of technical and non-technical customer representatives

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology product management.
• 3+ years of working in the insurance domain
• Have worked independently or as a lead on GTM and launch of at least 1 product
• Worked closely with developers in an agile development environment
• Prior experience as a developer preferred.

Senior Software Engineer

• Minimum 5 years in typescript and Total of minimum 8 Years of experience
• Excellent communication skills. English Language fluency is Mandatory.

We are looking for strong backend senior engineers

• 8+ years experience as Senior Software Engineer
• Have worked in medium- to big-sized companies for at least 3 years ( companies with 50+ developers)
• Strong architecture and planning skills
• Strong AI coding skills (being fluent in developing agents and skills) and using them in their development routines
• Distributed programming knowledge
• Typescript, Postgres & Kubernetes knowledge.

Ways of working

The engineers will be lead/managed by a UK Multinational company engineer manager (initially one currently based in Europe), and we are going to work on hiring one in Asia if we succeed in putting the team together

Engineers will have a direct contract with UK Multinational Company as career employees (entitled to company benefits and career progression) and will be trained in the UK Multinational Company product portfolio and work on several different projects.

We work in an environment where each engineer is presented with a business problem (or user story) and must come up with a detailed plan on how to tackle it (and explain and get approval from the team), which we do during the refinement meetings. In summary, we do not tell the engineers what to do, our expectation from a Senior engineer is that he tells us what to do (he will be trained, of course, in the best practices and technical specs of our environment).

Junior Programmatic Executive

The Role ​

We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our. This is a fantastic opportunity to get 

hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, campaign performance tracking, and 

multi-channel campaign execution within a high-growth industry.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Learn and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms ​

• Record daily traffic, registration, and first-time depositor (FTD) numbers for all domains in 

a shared spreadsheet ​

• Record traffic, REG, and FTD numbers by channel across all domains ​

• Create performance reports for all paid media campaigns ​

• Monitor live campaign traffic, tracking URLs, and landing URLs for accuracy and delivery ​

• Review and update landing pages with current promotions, ensuring finished ones are 

removed ​

• Ensure all landing pages display the latest terms and conditions ​

• Monitor live and completed campaign performance through paid media agency platforms 

and portals ​

• Review internal and external calendars for key fixtures and upcoming events ​

• Brief paid media agencies on upcoming campaigns and share required assets, including 

creatives, UTMs, and banner tags ​

• Learn and champion new and emerging channels such as Telegram and others ​

• Support the wider team with campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting ​

• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure 

campaigns run smoothly

A highly motivated, skilled, and 3-8 years experienced JAVA Software Engineer to implement innovative solutions with a proven track record developing end-to-end scientific or business applications in JAVA with emphasis on browser-based applications.

You have oodles of experience designing and developing and documenting Enterprise applications using J2EE technologies. You have worked extensively on the new breed of Enterprise applications utilizing cutting edge technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JPA, Hibernate, spring Batch and web services.

 You bring to the table…

• Object oriented skills, including an understanding of common object and web application design patterns.
• Strong in Core Java Concepts, JavaScript, JPA, Hibernate, spring, Batch, web services.
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Should possess hands of experience on Linux.

• Experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript is a must.
• Open source framework experience such as Angular (1.* & 2), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, jQuery, MySQL, and Linux is required.
• Experience in applying modern Agile Software Development practices.
