We are looking for "Business Manager- India" For our Edtech product Myclasscampus. A person with entrepreneurial attitude, strong execution and skills to join our team. You will be a part of the core founding team and will be responsible for business acquisition and creating a constant flow of pipeline at your end and along with team of Jr executives. It is a challenging role as it requires certain set of skills – business development, marketing, research and sales, building a team in different regions of India, generating sales from them, keep them motivated, coordination and daily ups, achieve sales targets from teams. Here's what you'll do day-to-day: An intensive role where you have to build a complete new regions in diff parts of India by hiring Jr and Med sr level executives, Train them for our product, Make them capable of generating leads and converting in to sales. Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads by your efforts as well . Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection. Requirements Education: Graduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)
