Mosaic is looking for a Senior Executive in Ecommerce. 

Managing efforts across all marketplaces. Revenue numbers across these channels would be your primary KPI. You would also be expected to oversee and manage the operational aspects. 

Responsibilities 

• Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies 
• Maintain the online listing sheet for the brand and make updates as products are added,prices are changed etc.
• Audit all online listings on a weekly basis and ensure that changes are made if there areany errors.
• Develop strong relationships with various Ecommerce Portals representatives to help drive sales 
• Keep collecting data for platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance,advertising mechanisms etc.
• As the Ecommerce Specialist you will own our objective to ensure our products and assets are created and deployed perfectly across retailer websites such as Amazon, Ocado, Tesco and our products featured on our own Beauty and Personal Care brand websites.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure proper supply at different warehouses
•  Work with the Design team to help develop best in class advertising creatives

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting and financial operations across

multiple group companies.

 Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.

 Manage asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation schedules, and asset audits.

 Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and income tax filings, along with compliance to all statutory requirements.

 Supervise accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation processes.

 Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

 Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for audits, assessments, and regulatory matters.

 Implement and maintain strong internal controls, accounting systems, and process documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements

 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

 6–10 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting management, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-company setup.

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESIC compliance, and other statutory regulations.

 Expertise in financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

 Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Consultative Pitching to CFOs: Lead high-impact demos with Founders, CFOs, Financial Controllers, and Head of Finance teams, speaking their language (P&L tracking, multi-company consolidation, MIS gap analysis, and AP cycle reductions).
• Leverage the Ecosystem: Tap into your existing network of Tally users, decision-makers, or reference partners to generate qualified inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Demonstrate the Future of Finance: Show clients how our automated WhatsApp AP channel reads vendor invoices via OCR and posts balanced purchase vouchers straight into Tally in under a minute.
• Manage Short Sales Cycles: Guide prospects from an initial 45-minute sample dataset demo to contract sign-off and kickoff.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven B2B software sales or account management experience, specifically working within a 5-Star Certified Tally Partner network, Tally integrator, or direct Tally distributor ecosystem.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of how corporate entities utilize Tally Prime, Tally Server (TPS), Cost Centres, and multi-company setups. You must know the real-world limitations of Tally reporting and Excel dependencies.
• Audience Familiarity: Proven track record of pitching and selling to senior leadership (CFOs, Finance Heads, Promoters) rather than just data entry clerks or junior IT teams.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication skills, aggressive pipeline management, and a plain-spoken, consultative approach to closing deals. (No corporate fluff, just focus on solving the client's problem).

Senior Service Engineer- Commissioning

JOB SUMMARY

Commissioning of IPMS system at Project Sites (Shipyards) by conducting successful Harbour and Sea Acceptance tests. Facilitate handover of system to customer after successful commissioning. Daily reporting to Project Manager to plan day to day/weekly commissioning activities. Report issues if any to Engineering and implement suggested resolution. Support Customer Documentation preparation activity. Create "Lessons Learnt" while commissioning to support Knowledge Management. Impart basic hands on training to customer to operate / maintain the IPMS if called for.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the testing and commissioning of Alarm & Monitoring Systems, and Integrated Platform Management Systems (IPMS) either at customer’s premises or at shipyards worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Commissioning and final handover of IPMS project sites in line with project timelines

· Responsible for time, quality, scope, and site expenses

· Installation support, Commissioning and troubleshooting of IPMS hardware.

· Facilitate / Perform / drive Harbour Acceptance Test / Sea Trials in accordance to defined Documented Test Procedures

· Change management (Engineering) at site

· Stakeholder communication and management (internal – Operations, Engineering teams, HSE and other functions | External – Customer and Third-Party equipment suppliers at site)

· Site Issue tracking and Management reporting

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
