Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure quality standards and project governance are maintained.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.
