Role & Responsibilities:

You will lead the company's B2C marketing engine end-to-end: brand, content, category education, community, and on-ground activation. You will work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership & Strategy: Build and scale a company's B2C brand with a narrative that cuts across 2W, 3W, 4W riders, drivers, homeowners, and urban professionals.
  • Conceptualise and execute end-to-end brand and consumer campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, ATL, BTL, and on-ground activations.
  • Lead consumer understanding exercises to shape new identify whitespace consumer segments and behavioural triggers that can unlock adoption and usage.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality social content, creator collaborations, product videos, and explainer assets. Manage agency partners, production partners, and internal creative resources.
  • Manage, mentor, and scale the organic marketing team including social media and content creators.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally across tech, mobility, energy, fintech, or high-growth apps.
  • Proven track record in leading brand campaigns, digital storytelling, and communication strategy.
