Job Title: Sr. Manager- Corporates

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Sales Director


Job Summary:

This person will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities with top emerging companies and fetching business from mid-sized agencies by building its network. The role demands a highly connected individual who can leverage their strong network from the past to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition by Lead Generation & Appointment Conversion:

o Leverage your strong industry network to identify and target potential clients

o Convert the meetings provided by Appointment Teams with decision-makers at top companies and mid-sized agencies to close the order and achieve the targets

o Actively pursue new business opportunities by presenting tailored media solutions that align with the client's marketing objectives.

Client Transition & Engagement:

o Ensure a seamless transition from the initial meeting to ongoing client engagement, maintaining regular communication to foster strong, lasting relationships.

o Stay updated and have a deep understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to continually refine your approach to client engagement.

o Position yourself as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights and solutions that address the specific needs of each client. 

• Work closely with the Appointment Team, Data Mining Team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition.


Skills, Qualifications & Exp:

• Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• 7-10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on media, TV, radio, or news sectors.

• Extensive network of contacts in the industry, with a proven ability to bring in new clients quickly.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.
