Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain React/TypeScript front-end components for the SCOUT 2.0 client portal and internal workflow tools
Build and maintain C# .NET API services deployed on Azure, integrating with Azure SQL via private endpoints
• Implement data fetch and state management patterns using TanStack Query
• Participate in the incremental migration of legacy C# stored procedures and thick-client functionality into modern API- backed services
Integrate with internal data APIs including the Verisk
Gateway (stateless, metered) and TPL Intel API (Paragon data paths)
• Write unit and integration tests; support QA processes with offshore QA analyst
• Maintain code quality standards in Azure DevOps repos; participate in pull request reviews
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to surface Paragon scoring outputs in operational dashboards
Requirements:
· 4+ years of full stack development experience with React/TypeScript and C# .NET
· Experience deploying and maintaining applications on Azure (App Service, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps)
· Familiarity with RESTful API design patterns and API gateway or adapter patterns
· Experience working in healthcare or other regulated data environments is a plus
· Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with U.S. product and engineering leads
