This position will be foundational in establishing our presence and building our team in Bangalore.PositionThis full-time permanent position will focus on developing & managing talent acquisition and completing end-to-end recruitment activities to drive alignment with company goals, all while encouraging best practices across the hiring process. Roles & Responsibilities Product marketing will be the key responsibility Analyze market conditions and trends, identify opportunities and create leads Coming up with a strategic plan for sales activities, developing and implementing short term and long term goals. Preparing competitive analysis, business reports and making recommendations. Identifying new markets and sales promotions using the creation of marketing collateral like brochures, participating in technology specific events and identifying potential clients/ prospects/ partners. Meet business and individual targets. Develop sales and relationship management plans maintaining up-to-date account development programs identifying actions to be taken. Implement plans, with a focus on quality and professionalism, to develop excellent and long-term client relationships Lead and coordinate sales activities for new bids including requirements definition, product and service definition, pricing and commercial terms Win and maintain client relationships Build and support industry and partner relationships Develop and maintain a contact network in support of the role Work with team members across the organisation to facilitate sales, strengthen account relationships and grow revenue streams Develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations with a focus on differentiation and positioning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company business and product strategies Use internet marketing tools to grow and enhance the Searce brand Key Success Drivers Confidence to give presentations for board level executives and understanding their needs.
