We’re looking for a Community Development Manager to own and elevate the Sigma experience—ensuring our founders, investors, and partners are deeply engaged, supported, and continuously benefiting from the network. What You’ll Do:
- 🎯 Be the backbone of the Sigma community—ensuring founders get the connections, resources, and insights they need to succeed.
- 🤝 Engage top-tier investors & partners—build strong relationships with world-class VCs, angel investors, and operators who want to back the next generation of great startups.
- 🚀 Supercharge founder success—host high-impact events, curate key introductions, and provide direct support to help Sigma startups thrive.
- 🎤 Lead flagship community events—orchestrate our exclusive Demo Days, Investor Summits, AMAs, and intimate founder gatherings.
- 🌍 Expand our network—identify and onboard incredible founders, investors, and mentors who align with Sigma’s mission.
- 🔥 Spot and create opportunities—from partnerships with top accelerators to job placements at breakout startups, you’ll shape initiatives that drive massive impact.
Who You Are:
