We’re looking for a Community Development Manager to own and elevate the Sigma experience—ensuring our founders, investors, and partners are deeply engaged, supported, and continuously benefiting from the network. What You’ll Do:

• 🎯 Be the backbone of the Sigma community—ensuring founders get the connections, resources, and insights they need to succeed.
• 🤝 Engage top-tier investors & partners—build strong relationships with world-class VCs, angel investors, and operators who want to back the next generation of great startups.
• 🚀 Supercharge founder success—host high-impact events, curate key introductions, and provide direct support to help Sigma startups thrive.
• 🎤 Lead flagship community events—orchestrate our exclusive Demo Days, Investor Summits, AMAs, and intimate founder gatherings.
• 🌍 Expand our network—identify and onboard incredible founders, investors, and mentors who align with Sigma’s mission.
• 🔥 Spot and create opportunities—from partnerships with top accelerators to job placements at breakout startups, you’ll shape initiatives that drive massive impact.

Who You Are:

• You’re a natural community builder—energized by bringing people together and creating meaningful connections.
• You have a deep passion for startups and venture capital—you get what it takes to build from zero to one and love being at the center of the action.
• You’re an exceptional communicator—equally comfortable engaging with first-time founders and seasoned investors.
• You’re a self-starter—proactive, resourceful, and always thinking one step ahead.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments—Sigma moves fast, and so do you.
• You have experience in community management, partnerships, or ecosystem development (VC, accelerator, founder communities, or tech organizations are a big plus).
