Job Purpose
- The role consists of training and knowledge building among the emerging candidates about Global market trading analysis.
- There will be on the floor experience of stock market analysis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform technical analysis in US markets such as the NYSE, NASDAQ & Amex
- Analyze securities performance and Pricing of companies listed on US market.
- Developing forecast and projections.
- Monitoring Industries Trends and Market news.
- Prepare technical reports based on the company's fundamentals and previous performances.
- After successful completion of the training period, a Learner would be a full-fledged US stock market analyst/trader who would be able to make wise and informed stock trading decisions.
- This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of any financial products or services/ calling clients.
Work Timings and Location
- 06.00 PM to 03.00 AM
- Monday to Friday
- ITPP – International Tech Park, Kharadi, Pune.
Qualifications
- Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude skills
- BCOM/BBA/MBA/PGDM-Finance /NCFM, CFAs/CMTs and any graduate/post-graduate who has passion/skill for trading.
- The candidate must be in the age group of 20-24 years
- The candidate should not have appeared in the selection process with us within the past 6 months.

Responsibilities:
· - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline sales channels.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
1. Create and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, sales, and retention
2. Develop creative and engaging content for emails, including subject lines, email copy, and CTAs
3. Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize email campaigns for the best results
4. Manage and segment our email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications
5. Collaborate with other marketing team members to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies
6. Monitor and report on email marketing performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
The business development executive will be primarily responsible for generating new business for the company alongside the Head of Global Business Development. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation via an existing network, B2B portals and other online/offline mediums
- Market research & analysis to figure out the obtainable market between the various geographies that we operate in
- Work collaboratively with the existing team and exhibit a solid pre-sales function, right from RFP, business analysis and submission of proposals.

Pre-requisites -
1-2 years of experience working in an IT services-based organization
Profound knowledge of systems and new-age technologies used for delivering applications in current times
Graduate or Post Graduate from any Tier 1 institution across Pune/Mumbai or other locations
Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills
Profound email & business language proficiency to communicate in the international market
Experience in servicing international clients across USA, UK, EU, Asia-Pacific & Middle-east
Flexibility to work across various time zones
This is a full-time position in the office. But hybrid with WFH twice a month can be allowed.
