- Create test plans and test cases to cover the documented business requirements and design specifications
- Responsible for performing test execution, test analysis and debugging and own end-to-end testing for assigned projects
- Be able to describe accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them to non-subject matter expert engineers. (Bug reporting)
- Recommends technical strategies to contribute to the overall effectiveness and quality of testing projects to meet business needs
- Generate, report, and act upon Triage Key Performance Indicators supporting key Quality metrics
- A minimum of 2 years QA experience which includes leading various test efforts including System test, Integration test, User Acceptance Test and Regression Test
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes (like white box, black box, and automation methodologies)
- Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles
- Working knowledge of Security Testing, Sanity testing, Smoke testing, regression testing, Boundary value analysis, Exploratory testing, stress testing & UAT testing
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL

-Strong understanding and hands on experience on Appium for Android and iOS both.
-Hands on experience on test automation for hybrid and native mobile applications.
-Expertise in automation framework development using Appium.
-Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket / Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse, Browser Stack, Charles Proxy etc.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues
-Good understanding of REST, HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax
-Working experience in Agile methodology.

The role entails advocating for the customer, proactive planning of workflows, resolution of issues and queries, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is effectively represented on the platforms. As part of it, you will also be responsible for building teams that handle event setup for key projects, and be the custodian for setup-related queries.

- Work with various teams to define and deliver customer delight initiatives
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve targets and budgets
You must have:

7+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in ticketing or related industries; 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience building processes and process-oriented teams
- Experience leading teams and liaising with agencies
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of customer support tools
- Should thrive in an informal, fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Android Development
- Should be strong in Android fundamentals (including UI design), OOP & Java fundamentals
- Should be strong in Kotlin fundamentals and coroutines
- Familiar with Android Architectures, Multithreading Concepts, Testing framework like JUnit, Espresso, Mockito and Reactive Programming
- Familiar with Dependency Injection and memory optimization techniques
- Practitioner of SOLID principles
- Working experience in Compose and KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) is an addon
- Should have been part of a team which has shipped at-least one App and lived through the process without too many scars
- Stellar problem solving skills
