What You’ll Own

This isn’t a demo-and-disappear job. You’ll lead from discovery to deployment—owning the full technical cycle for enterprise drone automation.

• Customer Success & Technical Discovery: Be the go-to advisor for clients—understand pain points, run PoCs, and deliver solutions they can scale.
• Sales Engineering: Assist in GTM execution, drive revenue with compelling value stories, and close enterprise deals.
• Product Feedback Loop: Turn customer insight into roadmap impact—collaborate with product & engineering to build what the market really needs.
• Thought Leadership: Represent FlytBase at expos, train customers, lead webinars, and create high-signal success stories.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years in enterprise SaaS, robotics, drones, or IoT (customer-facing)
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales or onboarding
• Excellent communicator—comfortable with CEOs and CTOs alike
• Obsessively curious, fast learner, and bias for execution
• Writes clearly, thinks logically, and simplifies complexity
• Bonus: Experience with UAV systems, DJI, APIs, or deployment architecture

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for:

• Fabrics (raw materials)

• Readymade sarees

• Artwork products

• Bulk stock

• Returns and exchanges

• Track fabric consumption against confirmed orders and production plans

• Record and monitor all stock movements, including inward, outward, damaged, returned, and

exchanged items

• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and proactively raise replenishment alerts

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability of fabrics and materials

Dispatch & Order Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Act as the primary point of coordination between Dispatch and Customer Care teams

• Share real-time updates on dispatch status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines

• Support resolution of dispatch-related issues, including delays, RTOs, returns, and exchanges

• Ensure all customer-facing information related to orders and inventory is accurate and consistent

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Assist the Customer Care team with order status inquiries and dispatch-related concerns

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints related to inventory or dispatch

• Ensure smooth closure of customer issues with proper documentation and follow

Job Description

Experience: Senior Hardware Engineer 4-7 years

Job Location: Pune

Mandatory:

• Responsible for safety electronics hardware product from requirement till validation with certification body
• Design experience on Digital circuits, Analog circuits and microcontroller based design
• Experience/exposure on board bring-up testing, prototype testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience/exposure on Circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE, LTSpice and able to perform reviews
• Knowledge of schematic capture tools like Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and able to perform reviews
• Perform MATHCAD calculation (i.e. in excel or tool) based on hardware design and able to perform reviews
• Contributes to electronics hardware related functionality safety reviews
• Designs multilayer boards and worked on board stack up products
• Planning, Design, Analysis, Compliance / Precompliance Testing and Manufacturing of electronic board(s), product(s) with system understanding.
• Works closely with other engineering disciplines (e.g. mechatronics, internal and external industrial engineering, technical sales towards customer) to ensure quality, to fulfill the requirements and to reach target costs.
• Provides life cycle analysis of electronic components and suggest alternate for replacement
• Creates hardware documentation e.g. BOM, design and test specifications
• Performs activities after serial launch, e.g. change and obsolescence management.
• Good understanding of variety of electronic components and their function
• Understanding of PCB layout and able to perform Layout review

Desirable:

• Carryout FMEA/DFMEA analysis.
• Is responsible for product safety
• Requirement Engineering Certifications like CPRE
• Consults in commissioning products in the field, in order to support responsible Engineer

·        Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks

·        Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

·        Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

·        Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage.

Basic Qualifications: 

·        Minimum B.S. / M.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University

·        At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering backend applications with Node.js, TypeScript

·        At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or OpenShift

·        Exposure to some of the following concepts: object-oriented programming, software engineering techniques, quality engineering, parallel programming, databases, etc.

·        Experience integrating APIs with front-end and/or mobile-specific frameworks
