As Head of Marketing, you will own the overall marketing strategy and execution for GoFloaters across India (and future markets). This is a player-coach role: you will both design strategy and personally roll up your sleeves to run campaigns, experiment with new channels, and build systems that can scale.
You will be responsible for driving:
- Demand generation and pipeline for sales
- Brand awareness and category leadership in flexible workspaces
- Growth across self-serve and assisted channels (web, WhatsApp, partnerships, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the marketing charter: Define and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Build and lead a lean, high-output team across content, performance, design, and partnerships (in-house + freelancers/agencies).
- Build GoFloaters as a thought leader in flexible work, office leasing, and workspace advisory.
AI-First, Experiment-Driven Growth
- Design and run continuous experiments across channels (SEO, paid, social, email, WhatsApp, product-led growth, referrals).
- Use AI tools extensively to research markets, generate content, ideate creatives, and analyze performance.
- Build and maintain experimentation frameworks: hypotheses, test design, measurement, learning documentation, and iteration.
Hands-on Campaign Execution
- Personally create and launch campaigns across channels:
- Performance: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting.
- Organic: SEO, blog, landing pages, community, LinkedIn.
- Lifecycle: email/WhatsApp nurture, onboarding flows, reactivation.
- Work closely with sales and operations to align campaigns with real customer needs and on-the-ground feedback.
- Own messaging, positioning, and storytelling for key GTM motions (new cities, new products, new segments like SMBs, startups, enterprises).
Brand & Content
- Own GoFloaters’ narrative: why we exist, who we serve, and how we are different.
- Build a content engine: articles, case studies, comparison guides, videos, carousels, webinars, and playbooks for founders and office decision-makers.
- Use AI copilots to rapidly generate, repurpose, and localize content while maintaining a strong brand voice.
Data, Tooling & Operations
- Set up and manage the marketing stack (analytics, CRM, automation, attribution, experiment tracking).
- Define and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, lead quality, conversion rates by channel, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Implement AI-driven workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.

The Job
- Manage paid acquisition channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns.
- Be responsible for the ROI of dozens of campaigns you execute.
- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and, ROAS
- Understand your target audience and customer behaviors. You create strategies and campaigns, understanding the entire user journey from account creation until purchase.
- Analyze creative data and make recommendations to the Creative designers
- Come up with a hypothesis and test it scientifically to consolidate learnings, thereby increasing the baseline of the team's quality.
- Document findings in a structured way to contribute to the company's global knowledge base
Collaborate with international peers in other geographical markets to keep the highest possible baseline quality in your campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of paid marketing experience, preferably in consumer-facing products
- Fluent in English (Advanced writing and speaking English skills)
- Experience with creative experimentation
- Experience with fast-paced, high growth startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A natural strategist
- Makes fast business decisions that prove to be profitable
Nice to have
- SQL
- Understanding of ad platforms algorithms
Experience with programmatic media (DSP)
Note: Must Be willing to relocate to Guwahati, Assam
