Key Responsibilities and Accountability
Leadership & Communication:
- Communicating the key findings to product stakeholders and inculcating best practices to analytics and product team
- Marketing Operations:
- Applying expertise in data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with core products and advertising channels
- Designing experiments and evaluating them through relevant KPIs
- Conducting multivariate testing across marketing channels to assess the impact of advertising spends on the key business metrics
- Building dashboards to monitor KPIs of different spend channels and content promotion
- Deeper integration of marketing analytics tools like Appsflyer, GA, etc in coordination with the product dev team, Facebook analytics
- Develop attribution models to see the value add of all the marketing channels
- Exploratory Analysis:
- Understanding user behavior and performing root-cause analysis of changes in data trends to identify corrections or propose desirable enhancements in product & across different verticals
- Defining key metrics of marketing performance and identifying ways to improve them
Skills and competencies
- Good knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Python/R, MS excel and Data Infrastructure
- Experience with web analytics tools, like GA, Omniture, Mixpanel, Localytics,Appsflyer,Clevertap
Required Qualification
- 2+ years experience in analytics role preferably with a consumer Internet product

Position : Product Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the collection of new data that would help build the next generation of algorithms (E.g. audience segmentation, contextual targeting)
- Understanding user behavior and performing root-cause analysis of changes in data trends to identify corrections or propose desirable enhancements in product & across different verticals
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments based on trade-offs for different solutions to complex problem constraints
- Defining and monitoring KPIs for product/content/business performance and identifying ways to improve them
- Should be a strong advocate of data driven approach and drive analytics decisions by doing user testing, data analysis, and A/B testing
- Help in defining the analytics roadmap for the product
- Prior knowledge and experience in ad tech industry or other advertising platforms will be preferred

Position: Senior Frontend Developer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Preact + React JS, Redux-based SSR (Server Side Rendered), SPA (Single Page Application) architecture.
Experience in to Desktop Web and Mobile Web.
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps (AWS) and Agile principles.
Translating designs and wireframes into highly maintainable code.
