The Growth Associate - International Markets will serve as a strategic business leader working directly with the founder's office to drive accelerated growth across all business verticals. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Delivery functions to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning (30%)

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company vision
• Identify new market opportunities and business verticals for expansion
• Create and monitor KPIs for sales, marketing, and delivery performance
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript to join our front-end engineering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications. You will be expected to contribute immediately, owning development tasks end-to-end — from design and coding to performance tuning and deployment.
