The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with a passion for the biopharma sector. This role will focus on promoting JoVE’s unique solutions to biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences, and will excel in creating content and executing lead-generation marketing campaigns that resonate with biopharma audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to biopharma companies
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads to drive lead generation and audience engagement
- Create completing content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Engage with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships to expand JoVE’s presence in the biopharma market
- Organize and deliver webinars and events at conferences
- Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize strategies. Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector
- Strong understanding of the biopharma industry, including R&D processes and market trends
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot)
- Experience with Salesforce and B2B prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer with deep expertise in Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks to enable robust data workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Airflow for orchestration.
- Develop modular and maintainable data transformation models using dbt.
- Write high-performance data processing scripts and automation using Python.

completing their 1st year and at the end of each financial year thereafter.
7. Develop, implement & effectively communicate HR Policies. Develop & monitor employee
behavior and take corrective action in consultation with the management as and when required.
8. Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
9. Conducting exit interviews and managing exit formalities such as handover-takeover, surrender
of company assets etc.
10. Manage and maintain attendance and leave records for all employees.
11. Generate and maintain monthly payroll journal and submit to Finance for disbursement.
12. Ensure the smooth functioning of office telephone lines, mobile phones and housekeeping
