The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with a passion for the biopharma sector. This role will focus on promoting JoVE’s unique solutions to biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences, and will excel in creating content and executing lead-generation marketing campaigns that resonate with biopharma audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to biopharma companies
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads to drive lead generation and audience engagement
• Create completing content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Engage with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships to expand JoVE’s presence in the biopharma market
• Organize and deliver webinars and events at conferences
• Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize strategies. Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector
• Strong understanding of the biopharma industry, including R&D processes and market trends
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot)
• Experience with Salesforce and B2B prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Planning, scheduling & coordinating appointments & meetings, providing reminders, maintaining & updating diary of daily commitments & weekly calendar on a proactive basis. 

• Interacting with & rendering assistance to select HNI & VIP customers, coordinating certain critical Outdoor Catering & Party Orders, VIP reservations, etc. 

• Receiving calls, taking messages, screening & prioritizing calls & mails.

• Undertaking primary as well as secondary research & accordingly, developing briefs, reports & presentations as per pre-determined timelines. 

• Proactively observing & recording various discussions/conversations undertaken by the Managing Director from time to time & accordingly, framing action plans. 

• Managing communication pertaining to projects, new launches as well as other such expansion & diversification undertakings that directly come under the purview of the Managing Director. 

• Imparting induction & training to select employees hired for functions that are directly or indirectly associated to those of the Managing Director’s office. 

• Coordinating with outstations suppliers & vendors (China, Italy, etc.) quotations, purchase orders, purchase/ delivery payments.  

• Responding to various inquiries - internal as well as external, acting as a point of contact between the Managing Director & other employees, tracking the work plan allocated to certain employees by the Managing Director & monitoring timelines with regard to the same. 

• Organizing & maintaining files, documents as well as other office records, both offline & online, preserving & safeguarding confidential data & documents in an efficient manner. 

• Negotiating with various suppliers, vendors & contractors, receiving competitive quotations, making comparisons, making purchases of materials & supplies based on feedback received from the Managing Director. 

• Spearheading all coordination pertaining to maintenance, upkeep & repair of corporate as well as outlet & store infrastructure (on a case to case basis), as per directions & preferences issued by the Managing Director from time to time.

Strong Behavioral Data Analyst Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Minimum 4+ years of experience in user analytics or behavioural data analysis, focusing on user app and web journeys

Mandatory (Experience 2): Experience in analyzing clickstream and behavioral data using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, or Firebase

Mandatory (Skills 1): Hands-on experience in A/B testing, including hypothesis design, experimentation, and result interpretation.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Strong analytical ability to identify behavioral patterns, anomalies, funnel drop-offs, and engagement trends from large datasets.

Mandatory (Skills 3): Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and data storytelling.

Mandatory (Skills 4): Basic understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping, collaborating effectively with UX/CX teams

Mandatory (Company): B2C product Companies (fintech, or e-commerce organizations with large user behavior dataset is a plus)

Systems Administrator Job Description

Saankhya is an Information Technology Consulting company focused on implementing Enterprise Resource Planning solutions. This person will handle the daily IT Operations, support internal users, ensure the availability of IT services, install/deploy software, hardware support.

Objectives of this role

• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Handle and response to the User requests and provide solutions on timely manner

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly
• Monitor cloud services, network health and respond to hardware issues as they arise;

Familiarity with Playwright or other browser application testing frameworks is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in object-oriented programming and principles is required.

Extensive knowledge of AWS services is essential.

Strong expertise in REST API testing and SQL is required.

A solid understanding of testing and development life cycle methodologies is necessary.

Knowledge of the financial industry and trading systems is a plus
