Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and data-driven growth marketer who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Ducharcha. You'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy, experimenting with various channels, optimizing conversion funnels, and building viral loops to scale our user base rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition
- Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies (social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, paid ads, ASO, SEO)
- Design and run growth experiments to identify the most effective acquisition channels
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and communities to drive organic growth
- Optimize app store presence (ASO) to improve discoverability and downloads
Growth Strategy
- Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities
- Develop viral marketing campaigns and referral programs to drive organic user growth
- Create growth hacking strategies specific to social audio and live debate platforms
- Build and optimize onboarding flows to improve activation and retention
- Design campaigns around trending topics and real-time events to capture user interest
Marketing & Brand Building
- Develop compelling content strategies to showcase the unique value of Ducharcha
- Create engaging social media content that highlights exciting charchas and debates
- Build community engagement through social channels and in-app interactions
- Craft marketing messages that resonate with different user segments (debate enthusiasts, knowledge seekers, entertainment users)
- Manage PR initiatives and media outreach to build brand awareness
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key metrics: CAC, LTV, retention rates, engagement metrics, conversion rates
- Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Set up tracking, attribution, and analytics infrastructure
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate growth insights to stakeholders
- A/B test marketing creatives, messaging, and channels
