Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can independently manage hiring requirements, lead a small team of recruiters, and act as a key point of contact for clients. This role demands ownership, execution excellence, and daily coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles

✅ Handle client requirements, role discussions, and regular hiring updates

✅ Lead, guide, and review the work of junior recruiters

✅ Allocate roles, track progress, and ensure timely closures

✅ Conduct daily team discussions and status reviews

Roles & responsibilities:

• Research and Analysis in the Renewable Energy Sector of the regulations,policies, market competitors, key developers

• Creating and maintaining Financial Models and Financial Calculators as per the Customer’s and Company’s requirements

• Supporting in the Transaction Execution and in signing the PPA documents with the customers

• Preparation of Financial Modeling, corporate presentations, and information memorandum, RFS

Requirements:

MBA in Finance or comparable qualification with 8 -16 months of experience and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• You must have excellent knowledge and hands on for Ms Excel.

• You must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building financial models

• You should have a strong financial statement analysis foundation

• You should have great research capabilities and understanding of the power and utility sector with a focus on solar, wind, and new upcoming technologies

• You should have excellent communication, writing skills, report-writing, and presentation skills

Education- Any Graduate

1. Understand customer environment – Install Products, configure in customer Network and Troubleshoot problems faced during demonstration, Good understanding on network configuration, troubleshooting, Install devices in Customer environment & Diagnose issues in Windows & Linux O/S.
2. Understand the new requirements (Projects) and implement suitable solution by making suitable modifications in product hardware, software, driver and Firmware by coordinating with Business, Customization team members.
3. Conduct Training to partners and regional sales members regularly on current and new products and solutions.
4. To operate from Bangalore; Travel KA, AP-TS, TN & KL on regular basis and Support Regional Sales Members & Partners on Epson Products and Solutions.
5. Drive business as a product specialist by enabling the sales team
6. The candidate should have mid-level experience in IT solution designing, especially in networking with familiarity to security domain.
7. Good understanding of customer requirements and understanding of technical qualifications, solutions, compliances etc.
8. Willingness to continuously learn technology.

• - Contribute to a full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.
• - Work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design and understand its functionalities and complexities.
• - Bridge the gap between graphic design and backend technical implementation
• - Build modular, responsive templates using modern CSS techniques

• - 2+ years of industry experience as a Front End Developer Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field

• - Strong experience in JSON/XML and REST/SOAP based Web Service based integration.
• - Experience (mandatory) with working Web Framework versions with exposure to creating components and handling AJAX calls.
• - Good to have knowledge in JIRA, GIT.
• - Strong knowledge of Client-Server Architecture.
• - Basic Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language

Responsibilities

• As a Fraud Investigator, you'll lead multiple complex fraud investigations simultaneously in your area of responsibility and you'll write clear and concise reports for investigation findings and report outcomes to Avail finance's management. In addition, you are going to make this a success by conducting audit activities (prepare, execute, report) and customer screening in line with our Internal Audit procedures and Due Diligence Program.
• Identify risk trends in your area and translate them into learning and solutions, sharing best practices and facilitating the risk owner and business manager to make decisions.
• Actively anticipate trends and requirements and provide support for Avail finance's global anti-fraud procedures and standards for fraud identification and management of investigations to be the benchmark.
• Act as a representative Interact and engage with senior stakeholders in the Area.
• Participate in, provide input, and lead initiatives for the FICS Knowledge Practice.
• Able to translate Area and Global risk trends into proactive actions.
• Document findings and conclusions in line with the prescribed tools and methods.
• Responsible for the entire documentation and reporting of fraud/audit/customer screening in line with Signify Internal Audit procedures and systems

As a UI Developer with 2+ years of experience

Strong with Javascript/ Typescript with good understanding of DOM

Experience with UI frameworks such as React/ Angular/ VueJS 

Good with CSS/ SCSS/ SASS and handling responsive UI development

Experience using standard UI frameworks such as bootstrap, bulma, material ui etc

Ability to split code into logical components with impetus towards writing reusable components/ styles

Experience with handling state management, separation of layers with the right kind of abstraction
