A BDM (Centre Manager) is responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities of the location. The profile requires creating strong brand image through networking and public relations. Essential Job Responsibilities: Leading a team of sales professionals who will perform activities such as Admission calling and counseling to prospective students / parents and convincing / converting them to final admission. The Centre Manager will create goodwill and brand in the minds of students and parent by talking and sharing information with promoting our admission plans. The Centre Manager will oversee students Record/Information, Admission Formalities - conducting admission test; filling up admission forms; collecting fees; follow ups on pending fees; Handling all types of queries by students and parents. Giving them solution; guidance; counseling The position will drive sales and marketing initiatives decided by Team Leaders and achieve desired targets & will maintain good Public Relations. The profile conducts and monitors Presentations, Admission Tests, Parents Meeting, Schools Penetration , Connecting with Principals & Teachers Building network with local teachers / agencies / students for reaching out to students. Meeting Business targets, Following Marketing Schedules & Admission Schedule Keeping track of competitor’s activities in the market. Coordination and Conduction of seminars in all leading schools of Vidarbha. Coordination and conduction of various Potential Assessment Test in all leading schools of Vidarbha. Any other relevant work as required by department. Job Summary
To lead, develop, and implement strategic branding initiatives to position the organization as the preferred choice for IIT JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching. The Branding Head will drive all aspects of brand development, student connect campaigns, and enrollment-focused communication to improve brand recall, trust, and student acquisition
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Define and evolve the brand vision, mission, values, and tone for all verticals: IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation (6th–10th).
- Establish a consistent brand identity across online and offline platforms.
- Position the brand as a student-focused, result-oriented, and trustworthy coaching institute.
2. Student-Centric Branding Campaigns
- Design innovative campaigns that resonate with students and parents across age groups (8th–10th Std.).
- Leverage motivational storytelling, academic success journeys, and relatable role models.
- Initiate emotional branding that connects with aspirational goals of students and parental trust.
3. School & Foundation Branding Initiatives
- Create and execute specific campaigns targeting middle school (Class 8–10) students.
- Build early engagement through:
- Science and Math quizzes
- Aptitude contests
- Scholarship tests
- Career guidance workshops (with branding recall)
- Collaborate with schools to conduct co-branded events and seminars.
4. Digital & Social Media Branding
- Develop and oversee digital content strategies (videos, reels, shorts, student testimonials).
- Optimize brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and education portals.
- Run targeted digital campaigns for enrollment and lead generation.
- Monitor online sentiment, reviews, and competitor analysis to fine-tune campaigns.
5. Offline Branding & Visibility
- Plan and execute Out of Home OOH (hoardings, bus shelters, railway stations), flyers, brochures, newspaper ads aligned with enrollment season.
- Design institute branding elements – reception visuals, student success walls, classrooms, etc.
- Organize branded student events like felicitation ceremonies, toppers' meet, exam strategy sessions.
6. Enrollment-Driven Campaigns
- Design admission season campaigns highlighting USPs, results, scholarships, early bird offers.
- Collaborate with the admission team to understand lead quality and campaign impact.
- Drive brand support for franchisee centers for localized enrollment campaigns.
7. Internal Branding & Culture Building
- Ensure faculty, counselors, and staff represent brand values in communication.
- Develop internal brand guides, training, and behavior manuals.
8. Partnerships & PR
- Build partnerships with schools, education influencers, media agencies, and test preparation platforms.
- Create press releases, media coverage, and influencer tie-ups for building credibility.
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in brand awareness and unaided brand recall.
- Increase in student enrollment inquiries and conversions from branding campaigns.
- Engagement rates on social media and digital platforms.
- Number of schools and partner institutions engaged.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend metrics.
- Visibility metrics (e.g., OOH impressions, campaign reach).
- Brand health metrics (NPS, student/parent trust perception surveys).

The role is crucial for providing actionable insights to improve teaching quality, enhance student performance, optimize business operations, and drive growth.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Academic Data Analysis
· Analyze student performance data from internal assessments, mock tests, and board exams.
· Identify trends in subject-wise performance, batch-wise progress, and dropout patterns.
· Generate reports to assist academic heads in making data-driven interventions.
· Predict outcomes of upcoming competitive exams (JEE/NEET) based on historical data.
Business & Marketing Intelligence
· Monitor enrollment trends, inquiry-to-admission conversions, and campaign ROI.
· Provide insights into market behavior, location-wise performance, and competitor benchmarking.
· Analyze fee structures, discounts, and scholarship schemes for profitability and optimization.
Operational & Centre Efficiency
· Evaluate the performance of branches/centres using KPIs like retention rate, attendance, student satisfaction, and staff productivity.
· Support planning for new center openings with predictive enrollment data and location-based analytics.
Technology & Automation
· Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Data Studio).
· Work closely with IT or CRM teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
· Automate regular reporting processes to reduce manual workload.
Strategic Decision Support
· Support senior management with forecasting models, statistical reports, and scenario simulations.
· Present insights in the form of structured reports, visual dashboards, or presentations.

Job Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
· Must be a highly-skilled with 3+ years of experience.
· Demonstrate ability to successfully process all work types
