Job Description / Responsibilities

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously varying in size and scope

● Work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment. Effectively handle

time-critical issues and appropriately escalate at-risk items.

Desired profile of the candidate

● Server-side language NodeJS and PHP with experience in any framework.

● Frontend ReactJS, JS and HTML

● MYSQL/MariaDB Database

● Strong knowledge of OOP concepts.

● Good to have a cloud experience

● Computer Science/Software Engineering Bachelor’s degree or higher education.

● Experience in writing high-performance and highly scalable code using best

practices and coding standards.

● Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

● Excellent organizational and attention to detail.

● Good to have familiarity with NoSql DB, web servers (e.g. Apache), caching

(Memcache / Redis), Cloud, NodeJs, Microservices architecture Familiar with

agile software development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM / Agile / Kanban)

● Must know MVC design patterns, XHTML/HTML5, PHP, NodeJS,

CSS3, XML, MySQL/MSSQL, JavaScript jQuery, JSON objects, API, AJAX

functionality and client-side validation.

● Understanding accessibility and security compliance.

● Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

● Knowledge of using version control software such as SVN or GIT will be preferable.

● Experience in either Mobile application or Data Integration with other apps

would be preferred.

1.Drive monthly sales achievements by connecting with working professionals on phone calls.

2. Understand needs and requirements of prospects and help them select the right program

3. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits and become “go-to” resource when it comes to

product knowledge

4. Help customers understand the USPs of the program and build trust

5. Proactively follow up with prospects to help them with any additional information required for closing sales

6. Maintain detailed data of each prospect data in CRM and lead tracking tools.

As an SSE, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems

that power our platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python Django and a

strong understanding of databases, caching, and distributed systems.

● Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using

Python Django.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate

them into technical solutions.

● Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing caching strategies, load

balancing, and distributed computing techniques.

● Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data storage, retrieval,

and access control.

● Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and services to support seamless

interactions with third-party systems.

● Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other system issues to improve overall

system efficiency.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry-standard coding practices.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and

adherence to best practices.

● Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional growth.

Skills and Qualifications
Back End : NodeJS and / or PHP
Front End : ReactJs, Angular and / or PHP
Experience of full stack web development, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript. DevOps knowledge is a plus
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to laymen and to translate their feedback
An inclination to contribute to the creative process

Technology expertise with insights about technology trends and solutions
Team-player, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with MySQL, and/or Cassandra, MongoDB desired

• Information Security as Security Analyst (SOC)
• Good understanding of security solutions like Anti-virus, DLP, Proxy, Firewall filtering/monitoring, IPS, Email Security, EPO, WAF etc.
• Hands on experience withIBM QRadar, ArcSight SIEM tool for logs monitoring and analysis,Service now ticketing tool.
• Good knowledge on networking concepts including OSI layers,subnet, TCP/IP, ports, DNS, DHCP, firewall monitoring, content filtering, check point etc.
