About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 4+ years of Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Computer Vision, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, Voice AI, and LLM-powered applications, with experience delivering scalable, production-ready solutions across enterprise, healthcare, or SaaS environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML and Generative AI applications, Computer Vision solutions.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications for real-world business use cases.
• Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Build Voice AI solutions including speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), conversational AI, and voice-enabled assistants.
• Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM output quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Work with open-source LLMs for inference, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement model monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for scalable deployments.
• Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, scalability, and production performance.
• Integrate AI services through APIs and enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and production deployments.
• Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision using Python and frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with Computer Vision tasks such as object detection, image classification, image segmentation, and feature extraction.
• Familiarity with models and libraries such as YOLO, Detectron2, MMDetection, and torchvision.
• Experience with image preprocessing, data augmentation, model training, evaluation, and inference optimization.
• Exposure to OCR technologies such as Tesseract or EasyOCR and vision-based deep learning models is an advantage.
• Experience building RAG pipelines using:
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus
• Embeddings and retrieval optimization
• Experience with Prompt Engineering techniques for LLM optimization.
• Experience with Open Source LLMs such as:

• Experience with Voice AI technologies:

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior React Native Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with exposure to AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.

This is a Junior-level role for someone who is eager to build mobile applications, learn new technologies, and work on AI-enabled features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and support applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile UI components.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services.
• Debug and troubleshoot applications across Android and iOS devices.
• Assist with application testing, performance optimization, and bug fixing.

• Immediate Joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI projects is an advantage.
• Experience integrating AI APIs into mobile applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD concepts is preferred.

Software Engineer is a full-time role based in Hyderabad with Onsite work arrangement. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end services and APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across platforms. The engineer will participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making, collaborating closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting complex issues, improving system performance, and contributing to best practices, documentation, and engineering standards. The role also includes mentoring less experienced engineers and supporting continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.

Key Requirements/Skills

4-7 years of overall experience in software development with strong expertise in building scalable web & mobile applications.

• Strong technical decision-making ability, including architecture design, technology selection and implementation of best practices.
• Front-end expertise: Strong experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, NextJS and building responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Back-end development: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express JS, Nest JS, RESTful APIs, API design, and server-side architecture.
• Databases : Good Hands on Exprience in both SQL(PostgreSQL Preferred) & No SQL Databases
• Gen AI Expertise: Experience in building RAG & LLM Systems, implementing AI/ML models and integrating AI-based solutions to solve business problems. Expereince with Langchain, langgraph and Vector DBs, Voice AI(STT, TTS) Models and experience in using Open AI Tools (Calude, Cursor, etc.)
• Cloud & DevOps exposure: Experience with AWS/Azure, understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
• Code quality & best practices: Experience in code reviews, Git version control, and ensuring maintainable and secure code.
• Team leadership: Ability to mentor developers, guide technical discussions, and collaborate across teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in high-compliance environments such as healthcare systems is a plus.
• Certifications in AWS & Other skills and technologies will be an added advantage.
