Job Title: Tech Lead

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Required Skills/Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise and/or consumer-facing applications using technologies and frameworks like JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS, Angular, SCSS, CSS, and React Native.

• 2+ years of experience in leading teams (guiding, designing, and tracking tasks) and taking responsibility for delivering projects as per agreed schedules.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience working in Linux OS environments.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills.

• Experience in developing responsive and scalable web applications.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

• Ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting to evolving technical requirements.

• Experience working in the complete product development lifecycle (prototyping, development, hardening, testing, and deployment).

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate AI-based features into applications.

Additional Skills/Experience:

• Working experience with Python and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.

• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks or APIs and experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into applications is a plus.

• Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) and the latest trends in UI/UX design.

• Experience implementing payment gateways applicable across different countries.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science (DS) from a recognized university.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design creative visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging graphics aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.
• Assist in developing branding elements such as logos, templates, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
• Edit images, retouch photos, and enhance visual content as needed.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Ensure consistency in designs across all digital and print platforms.

Required Skills (Must & Should Have):

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma (any relevant tools).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
• Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) – added advantage.

Communication Skills (Mandatory):

We are looking for an 4-5 years of experienced AI/ML Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data processing, model building, and production deployment, along with solid programming and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models for various business use cases.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.
• Work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Implement MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and automating ML workflows.
• Research and evaluate new AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks.
• Document system architecture, model design, and development processes.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML/DL models in production.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Working knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LLM fine-tuning or generative AI is an added advantage.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developerwith 8+years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in .NET, Angular, TypeScript, Azure, SQL Server, Agile methodologies, and Design Patterns. Experience with DocuSign is a plus.
