Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling services directly to business customers through online and offline channels. This includes conducting product demonstrations, handling queries, and converting leads into sales. The role focuses on providing a great customer experience while achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations online (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and offline at business locations.
- Approach potential business customers via calls, visits, and online channels.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Convert interested leads into sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor products.
- Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B direct sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

Job Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, fostering high performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated customer issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.
Pre-Requsities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales, with prior leadership or team management responsibility.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles, preferably including SaaS experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
