 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Salesforce environments with custom objects, validation rules, flows, workflow rules, and process builders.
• Build and manage complex integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write efficient and scalable Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release cycles using Git and version control tools.
• Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and manage data migrations as required.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, QA, UI/UX teams, and fellow developers to deliver features and enhancements.
• Uphold and contribute to best coding practices, documentation, and technical design.

 Must-Have Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Aura, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and consuming Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of trigger frameworks and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II is a significant advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically versatile CMS Engineer (IC2) to support our transition from SharePoint to Contentful, while also contributing to the broader CMS ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to work on enterprise-grade platforms and microservice-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

·         3-5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and/or enterprise CMS platforms.

·         Familiarity with Contentful or other headless CMS solutions is a strong plus.

·         Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

·         Exposure to Kafka, Elasticsearch, or similar distributed technologies is desirable.

·         Assist in maintaining and enhancing SharePoint Online content and features during the transition period.

·         Support the migration of pages, documents, and metadata from SharePoint to Contentful.

·         Write reusable services for content delivery, search indexing (via Elasticsearch), and event processing (via Kafka).

Salesforce DevOps/Release Engineer

Required Experience:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, release engineering, or deployment management.

• Significant hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools: Gearset, Copado,Flosum.
