Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales, developing and executing marketing strategies for products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients—particularly in the Middle East region.
Experience working with Middle East clients is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into paying customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Middle East.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives.
- Act as the point of contact for client queries and support.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successful lead conversions.
- Mandatory experience working with Middle East clients (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job description
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ROI-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
- Strong understanding of online conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing (optional, based on your business).
