We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist who can drive our growth by blending creativity, digital strategy, and sales acumen.
Key responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Generate leads through online channels (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, Instagram, and other social platforms).
- Proactively connect with small business owners and founders to open opportunities for consulting and AI solution implementation.
- Identify potential clients across industries and nurture relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.
- Social Media Marketing & Growth Hacking
- Plan, run, and optimize Instagram Ads and other performance marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Manage and grow AI Agent Cafe’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter—not just posting, but leveraging platforms strategically for visibility and engagement.
- Experiment with growth hacking techniques to accelerate lead generation and audience building.
- Content & Communication
- Create compelling messaging tailored for different audience segments to spark interest in AI solutions.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, personalization, and productivity.
Mandatory requirements (please don't apply if you do not meet these requirements)
- 1+ year of proven experience in online sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup on its 0 --> 1 journey.
- Hands-on expertise in Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with the ability to drive business outcomes through them.
- More than 70% marks in graduation/post-graduation
Other requirements
- Prior experience in running Instagram ads, with proof of measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and productivity.
- A mindset that blends creativity + data + business acumen.
Good to have
- SEO knowledge for long-term visibility.
- Strong networking and people skills to build genuine, lasting connections.
- Exposure to B2B tech/AI/consulting industries is a bonus.
