Responsibilities:

• Oversee the user experience of a product/feature from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers and other designers
• Following a user-centric approach, take conceptual ideas and turn them into valuable features with beautiful UI
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
• Communicate with the customer/user to understand their business goals and objectives Rapidly test and iterate your concepts and designs based on user feedback
• Craft and evolve designs within visual systems and standards
• Proactively solicit feedback from and provide feedback to designers and the broader product team in order to continuously raise the quality of our product and its features

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in software product design, web applications, UI and UX
• Be able to showcase your end-to-end design process across various projects, that include interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
• Knowledge of Figma is mandatory
• Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a big plus
• Experience in crafting storyboards, user flows and wireframes and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Understanding of the capabilities of HTML, CSS, and JS and how the frontend technologies of the web work
• Sharp critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to work independently remotely but at the same time be a team player and be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure when necessary, but also knowing how to take your mind off work when needed!
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate your design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team and other stakeholders
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design experiences that meet their needs and vision
• Be passionate about all things design and be able to showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and ideas

He will perform several important roles within our organization.

1.  Primarily responsible for timely research, planning, and implementing new products /services for our company.

2.  Will also be required to oversee the entire development process of new products and programs within the dept and ensure timely delieveries

3.  Active participation will be required from the initial planning phase to implementation or production and timely final rollout .

4.  Would be required to keep track of all the costs related to the creation of these new products and decide what ideas are worth pursuing.

5.  Should also be proactive to stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large to make sure the company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments.

6.  He will be required to laison around and take permissions if required

for with various governmental and non governmental agencies .

7.  Complete knowledge of getting various certifications relating to IPR & various certifications like OEM registrations etc is also required for making the processes successfully

8.  Traveling as per the requirement of the project need

We are looking for a PHP Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is well-versed in the Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and websites using PHP, Laravel, and other web technologies. You will work closely with the project manager, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications and websites using PHP and Laravel

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices

Collaborate with project manager, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP development

Strong experience with the Laravel and CodeIgniter framework

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Good understanding of web development best practices and design patterns

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product 
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and highly testable code
• Solid understanding of software development best practices

• Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide the required information to the customers
• Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
• Maintain database by updating customer information daily
• Write communication scripts for inbound calls
• Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos regularly

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, test environment and test scenarios for new product features
• Improve test efficiency by adapting an automated approach 

Requirements:

• Should have 1-3 years of IT experience in software testing/automation
• Should have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering/technology from a reputed college/university
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Should be a good team player who enjoys collaborating with others 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in a scripting language, such as Python, Shell Scripting
• Experience in JavaScript test automation frameworks – Protractor/Selenium/TestNG (Primary)
• Experience in developing Continuous Integration pipelines using Jenkins and GitHUB Actions
• Experience with Source control such as GitHUB
• Experience in working with Postgres, Oracle , SQL DB
• Experience in Docker and any other containerization platform.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with the following is a bonus:
