We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer with strong experience in building Microservices-based architectures and cloud-native server less solutions on AWS. Key Responsibilities:

- Escalate critical vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or unusual activity to L2/L3 teams.
- Conduct routine checks on compliance dashboards and flag anomalies.
Server Security and Hardening:
- Monitor server health and relevant security alerts, including antivirus and patch status.
- Perform basic server access log reviews and report discrepancies as per Galaxy Surfactants standards.
- Support vulnerability tracking efforts and escalate to infrastructure or L2 teams when necessary.
Qualifications:

- General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- An Information Security Analyst should possess a working level understanding of controls (e.g., access control, auditing, authentication, encryption, and system integrity). Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, encryption algorithms, network monitoring, TCP/IP networks, and intrusion detection/prevention systems is important. Skills in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash are a plus.
