We are looking for a Marketing Lead / Manager who will play a key role in defining and executing our e-commerce marketing strategy. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and executional excellence to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, SEO, email, events, and partner-driven).
- Create and oversee marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, brochures, video content, and presentations.
- Work closely with external marketing agencies, consultants, and creative partners to drive campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Plan and manage partner marketing, webinars, industry events, and collaborations to boost visibility and engagement.
- Support the sales and presales team with tailored proposals, presentations, and solution-driven content.
- Collect customer and market insights to refine targeting, improve conversion funnels, and generate high-quality leads.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing programs, optimising for ROI.
- Drive SEO and branding initiatives to strengthen our online presence and thought leadership.
- Ensure effective project management, tracking, and communication across multiple stakeholders and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–10 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing for e-commerce software, SaaS, or IT services.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, branding, and campaign execution.
- Experience working with external agencies and consultants.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisational and communication skills.
