Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with at least 2+ years of experience in sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, driving sales, and supporting our sales team to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate high-quality leads via phone, email, and social media channels. Qualify leads based on customer needs and company offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound cold calls and emails, and follow-up with leads to set up meetings or product demos.
- Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in coordinating product demos, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Ensure smooth communication between the client and the sales team.
- Sales Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead status within CRM software to track performance and follow up on key opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery of customer solutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities to management, providing insight into pipeline health and sales progress.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement with potential and existing clients, striving to meet or exceed expectations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to quickly identify client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
