Role Overview:  

We are looking for an entry-level UI/Visual Designer (exp: 0-1 year) to focus on creating high-end visuals that support our presales team in pitching projects to potential customers. As a Visual Designer, you will ensure that branding identity and illustration efforts meet client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate client business requirements and user needs into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Design high-quality visuals, motion graphics, UI mockups, storyboards, etc for pre-sales proposals and pitches, helping to communicate project understanding to potential customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, presales, developers, and design teams to produce illustrations, branding assets, and marketing materials.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
• Actively participate in client calls to gain a thorough understanding of their brand and the requirements as well as to present deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- 0-1 Year of proven experience

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.

- A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.

- Ability to comprehend client expectations, design visions, and produce creative collaterals.

• Web Development: Creating and implementing the technical aspects of websites and web applications

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech) or BCA/MCA from a reputed university.

• Ability to develop and manage e-commerce websites and web applications.

• Good understanding of fundamentals and concepts of PHP Scripting language.

• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery and CSS3.

1. Understand and gather the servicing requirements of the startups.
2. Sourcing the agencies, approaching them actively, doing a quality check and verifying them.
3. Pitching, negotiating, onboarding the right agencies as PS partners, signing contracts and maintaining all the records.
4. Monitoring & tracking the performance of the current agencies on a regular basis, rating them and working on the gaps/shortcomings of it.
