• 4+ years of experience in Direct sales and building Partners in selling ERP software or similar software. • Cloud/SaaS sales experience is preferable. • Strong understanding of the Indian market and an established network of ‘C’ level executives in the Indian market. • Proven ability to develop and implement a comprehensive go to market strategy for the given solution set within a given market segment / business vertical. • Good understanding and working knowledge of the manufacturing industry. • Volume market experience (large volume of deals, SMB models, and programmatic sales campaigns) is required. • Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner • Manages the sales pipeline in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of the individual and group contributions to the established goals. • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients. Possess desire to understand and satisfy customers’ needs and exceed expectations whenever possible. • Ability to deal with complex problems, understand and evaluate risks, apply personal insight and experience to business situations, make decisions where there is no precedent or formal procedures.
