About the Role

• We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and modern frontend frameworks, along with a bold vision for how AI-assisted development can accelerate engineering workflows.
• You’ll join our Snapshots Team, the engine behind how agencies and SaaS creators templatise and clone complete automation systems—workflows, funnels, forms, calendars, settings, and more—instantly across thousands of client accounts.
• Snapshots are now being cloned to over 200,000+ businesses every month, driving rapid onboarding and platform extensibility. The system saves businesses countless hours by replicating complex structures and business processes seamlessly across accounts, making automation scalable, repeatable, and fast.
• Under the hood, Snapshots tackles engineering challenges like asset graph traversal, dependency resolution, real-time syncing across multi-tenant environments, and copying gigabytes of data across accounts—all while managing CPU and memory intensive operations at scale.
• As a Lead Engineer, you’ll own architectural decisions and solve deep product-platform problems around high-performance snapshot cloning, rollback systems, and version management. You’ll collaborate across product, infra, and platform teams while mentoring engineers and driving the long-term roadmap for one of HighLevel’s most strategic surface areas. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems to improve reliability, latency, and throughput across time-sensitive APIs and workflows
• Own features end-to-end — from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Work hands-on with technologies like NestJS, Firestore, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Queuing Systems and Service Mesh-based microservices.
• Drive technical direction across both product features and platform layers to ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability.Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools, improving developer productivity while ensuring accuracy and minimizing hallucinations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver impactful, user-facing features and backend systems.Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, learning, and ownership.Proactively identify and solve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security concerns in a multi-tenant environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, including designing fault-tolerant systems and working on high-scale platforms.Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous job processing
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models (especially with complex temporal data)
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.Proven track record of architecting complex systems and delivering scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture in a multi-tenant environment.
• Skilled in guiding technical architecture, making high-impact engineering decisions, and mentoring fellow engineers.Experience with code quality practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and dev tooling optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills, with clear and collaborative communication across cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Handle end-to end project planning and management of Software projects in e-commerce and retail industries.
• Create and present the project plans using Jira / MPP to clients and the internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Technical Architects / Technical Leads / Business Analyst / Quality Assurance for  estimation of the ongoing / upcoming projects.
• You will be responsible for the High Level timeline and Milestones for the project.
• Manage resource requirements and utilization for the project. Forecast utilization and work with the management for proper resource allocation and skill alignment.
• Closely interact with the clients to communicate and align on the  Project plans / scope / workflow / project execution etc.
• Track the execution of the sprints  against the project plan to ensure we are meeting the scheduled deadlines / milestones. Propose solutions in case there are timeline risks.
• Responsible for the Change Management process from the identification of the change request to estimation, approval,  planning and final execution of the change request.
• Monitor dependencies and risks to ensure timely resolution and/or escalation to reduce bottlenecks and maintain steady flow of work.
• Alert Client, Client Partners, Team and other stakeholders, to upcoming milestones and the resultant impact on timelines.
• Host agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos and retrospectives.
• Coach team to adapt Agile principles and Scrum values. Use tools and processes as needed to empower team members to deliver better and iteratively improve the sprint performance.
• Work closely with Clients to ensure dependencies and impediments are cleared and the client team is fully aligned with the progress of the project
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of the project for the scrum team and management
• Report burnt hours on a regular basis for reporting, monitoring and billing purposes
• Be responsible for overall, on budget and on time delivery of the project

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Hands-on experience in planning and management of software development projects from scratch.
• Experience in Ecommerce or Retail would be an advantage.
• Process oriented and also be flexible and dynamic to align with the current work flows.
• Project Planning skills - Using MPP, smartsheet or any other Project Management tool.
• Expertise on project management tools like Jira, Zoho People, Confluence, Bugzilla, Github, basecamp.
• Knowledgeable in agile methodologies and familiar with different agile ceremonies
• Good understanding of Jira / JQL to create reports, dashboards and workflows etc.
• Ability to manage Multiple Projects / Clients
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

QUALIFICATION 

• Engineering Graduate or equivalent or MBA in Project management.
• 7 plus years of experience as a core Project Manager.

What will you be doing?

● Conduct Market Research on the company and understand the need of the training needs

● Acquire new clients through networking, direct contact, or marketing campaigns

● Sending 40 to 50 emails customizing to each client

● Good at researching the email id, and contact number of the concerned person

● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

● Build and nurture client relationships via various channels

● Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders on daily basis

● Develop and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities

You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll also produce detailed specifications. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization.

• Develop in CRM as per the client and customer requirement
• Develop API integration with banks and NBFc to to transfer specific data.
• Well, understanding of Apache/Nginx servers.

• Experience working on PostgreSQL databases.

• Some exposure in working with databases, preferably postgres, sql.

• Experience with building high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems
• Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story.

Role : Business Development Manager

Department : Sales

Location : Gurgaon (Sector 58) - Work from Office - 6 Days Working

Experience : Should have worked in edtech industry or in a company with inside sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 25-30 BDAs who will be remotely working across different cities in India
• Achieve sales targets which will be defined every month
• Drive sales operation efficiency by ensuring overall funnel movement starting from lead generation to pipe building to closures
• Own cash collection targets for the team
• Contribute towards growth of business and brand building across tier 2/3 cities in the country
• Be the eyes and ears for the company in terms of understanding customer needs and suggesting product improvements needed to grow

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in managing large teams of sales
• Strong experience in managing remote working teams
• Managed business of at least 50 lakhs INR in a month
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
• Highly target oriented and an excellent task master meaning he/she can get things executed through BDAs
• Strong in review and understanding of sales operations processes
