Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Apache Spark to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Write efficient and maintainable code in Scala and Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data engineering solutions to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Implement and maintain data lake and warehouse solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ensure data workflows and distributed systems' performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Perform data quality assessments, implement monitoring, and improve data governance practices.
• Assist in migrating and refactoring legacy data systems into modern distributed data processing platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with strong skills in Apache Spark, Scala, and Python.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks and real-time data processing.
• Strong experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, and Kafka.
• Proficient with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB). 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deploying data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with optimizing large-scale data systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Position: Senior Data Engineer

Job Specifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Java, and Python.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

PHP Developer Requirements:

Foreign Accounting experience compulsory (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the different bugs in new & existing product lines by following the company's processes.
• Isolating bugs i.e. finding steps to reproduce for identified bugs.
• Compiling the bugs in a database or in given documents with a precise description of the encountered issues so they can be easily identified and reproduced.
• Respecting the planning and the deadlines.
• Follow-up of the versions from scratch to end of project.
• Maintain and develop the existing Automation suites (API/UI)

What we're looking for?

• At least 2 year of experience in software testing
• Ability to work and coordinate with the team on projects
• Knowledge and hands on experience in QA methodologies and tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and observation skills
• Enthusiastic and highly organised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with at least one of Java, Javascript, Ruby
• Worked on UI automation using Selenium Webdriver. Preferably WebdriverIO/Protractor/Puppeteer

About the Role: 

Yellow Riddle is looking for an experienced Front-end Shopify Developer to join our growing team with our increasing volume of Shopify work. Work would be spread across theme customisations, development and more complex migration projects from other CMS platforms to Shopify. One could also expect to be involved in maintenance and iterative site improvements. The key objective of the role is to be able to work on complex project requirements and be able to work across multiple projects.

You'll be a great fit!... if:

• You have strong knowledge in templating languages, and additionally Shopify Templates(Liquid), debugging and front-end skills.
• You know how to set up custom layout/content editors for our clients in Shopify.
• You have hands-on experience with Shopify, including at least two or more large-scale projects.
• You write clean theme code and can add and debug JS.
• You excel working in a remote environment, meaning you’re autonomous, self-driven, responsive, transparent, and self-organised.

Critical Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
