Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify areas of improvement, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and experience in analyzing business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret business data, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities across business functions.

Evaluate historical and current data to assess business performance and growth direction.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings clearly.

Conduct market and competitor research to benchmark business performance.

Work closely with operations, marketing, product, and finance teams to provide insights.

Recommend process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.

Assist in forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability during analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar analytical role (preferred).

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Extensive knowledge and experience of custom WordPress development using JavaScript and PHP frameworks.
• Experience and ability to build WordPress plugins from detailed briefs and mock ups using best practices, clean reusable and expandable code.
• Experience in using cPanel and deployment
• Development and Maintenance of high-traffic WordPress and WooCommerce based websites
• Developing front-end websites and applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, PHP
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, theme and color combination for websites.

Field Sales Executive-

Urgent requirement for Field Sales Executive. It is on the company payroll. Roles and responsibilities: Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as managing existing ones.

Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
