The Associate sells sponsorship packages according to event specification. The associate attends weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and summit planning meetings as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties will be assigned): Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each summit. Research and develop a list of potential companies for each summit. Must be deadline driven and should have a good knowledge about deals through phone. Should be able to focus under pressure and get good results. Keep precise records of conversations with all clients. Update the company database as required. Understand the client requirement and present appropriately to make a deal. Challenge any objections with strategic and positive view to get the deal. Reviewing your own sales performance and achieve the given target. Maintain knowledge of summit timelines and sponsorship deadlines. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
