✅ Must-Have Skills :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java & Spring Boot
• Expertise in Multithreading, Dependency Injection, and AOP
• Strong in Microservices Architecture and RESTful services
• Good exposure to SQL & NoSQL databases
• Proficient with Git (GitLab preferred)
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments and APM tools (New Relic preferred)
• Solid understanding of distributed tracing and log analysis
• Proven debugging and performance optimization skills

💼 Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable microservices
• Act as SME for multiple services or subsystems
• Own service performance, SLAs, and incident resolutions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical interviews
• Participate in production war rooms and troubleshooting

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue js.
• Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js, PHP, or along with frameworks like Express.
• Database: Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL,
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

Build and optimize Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities, push notifications, and responsive design.

Implement mobile-first features and ensure cross-device compatibility.

Handle app packaging and distribution for various platforms (e.g., Android, iOS via PWA standards).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable component library to promote UI consistency and reusability across projects

Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.

Optimize application performance and loading times.

Integrate APIs and manage state using modern tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Implement and manage push notifications and background sync features.

Advocate for and implement best practices in UI architecture, including modularity, theming, and performance optimization.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in Web development and PWA capabilities.

Hospitality services domain experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

The role will be part of our customer success team. You will work extensively on large datasets to identify and help remediate data risks for customers from diverse domains, and support them as a trusted security advisor. 

Responsibility 

• Analyse customer data on Concentric Platform, extract relevant insights to identify data risks, develop risk remediation strategies 
• Prepare and present data risk reports to customers. Handhold them for implementation of the risk remediation strategies 
• Develop, curate and maintain training datasets for AI models 
• Label large datasets for supervised learning of AI models 
• Serve as customer’s trusted data security advisor, providing subject matter expertise, strategic guidance to drive adoption of concentric platform aligned with customer objectives

• Strong experience on with data analytics. Proven ability to extract relevant insights from big volumes of data to solve specific problems. Eye for detecting trends, anomalies in data. 
• Experience in developing training datasets for AI models and data labelling for supervised learning of AI models. 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Customer advisory experience preferably in data security domain 
• Experience on with Excel as data analysis and reporting tool is required. Knowledge of other tools like Python, Kibana, Jira, ppt will be a plus. 
• Broad knowledge of operationalizing data security, regulations and standards will be an advantage 
• Excellent communication skills across various formats and mediums. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Use creative problem-solving skills to help customers reach their business goals and maximize the value they are getting from Concentric platform
• Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering discipline from premium institute 

MUST have skills (not just a class room training experience please) –

1. Hands on experience on Postman/ SOAP UI/ REST ASSURED/JUnit framework for API testing
2. Hands on experience on GIT, JIRA, Jenkins
3. Good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) an it’s working
4. Good understanding of HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax
5. Good understanding of Message Schema, RAML, Message Request-Response mechanism
6. Working experience in Agile methodology.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
8. The candidate should be good with communication as he/she will be interacting with global teams very often.

GOOD to have –

1. Understanding of STUB/Service virtualization
2. Understanding of any API testing tools like –Rest Client, Anypoint etc.
3. Been able to understand Retail Banking functions/requirements.

Key Activities

• Primary responsibility for test automation within Agile delivery streams
• Experience with building test automation frameworks and Continued Integration
  • Some amount of manual exploratory testing
  • Test preparation, test design, execution and reporting
  • Defect management lifecycle exposure (using Jira) from defect reporting to tracking to closure
  • Writing test plans and test completion reports
