Job Description:  

• Job involves working on latest technologies and frameworks in mobile and open source world to develop mobile applications, mobile web sites and rich internet applications.  

• Candidate should be Collaborative and Quality-focused, resourceful initiative taker, and someone who has good English communication skills.  

Desired Candidate Profile:  

• Work as part of a team to build React Native iOS / Android applications for clients.  

• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.  

• Experience with React Js, React Native, JavaScript  

• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.  

• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user 

experience.  

• Familiarity with RESTful API.  

• Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.  

• Driving and overseeing a team of Customer Service Associate's via outsourced partners to ensure they are providing an exceptional customer experience
• Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of customer service protocols
• Resolving complex customer problems or disputes in a professional manner
• Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet departmental goals
• Maintaining and documenting records of customer interactions for training purposes

What you need to have:

• Graduation degree or equivalent would be mandatory, BE/BTech/Post Graduation degree would be desirable.

Hiring Technical Lead

You will scale and lead Procol’s engineering teams. You’ll be instrumental in driving the product vision and will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading engineers to seamlessly execute our technical roadmap.

• You have 4+ years of experience with system architecture and have built scalable software infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of working experience in backend software development

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design

Hands on experience on big-data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Cassandra etc

Familiarity with agile practices
